King Beds: 1 | Queen Beds: 2 | Twin Beds: 2 This is a professionally managed property with a staffed office on the Isle of Palms. Enjoy spectacular views of the dunes and beach from just about anywhere in this three-story oceanfront home. You’ll love the bright and cheerful professionally decorated interior, as well as the convenient location to the many Wild Dunes’ amenities. The home’s layout, with two bedrooms on each of the two upper floors, makes this a perfect vacation spot for two families, one large family, or a group of friends. The common areas are conveniently located on the first floor with an elevator that goes to all four levels. The dining area and living room have ocean views. There is also room in the kitchen for gathering around the breakfast table and counters. The addition of new appliances and granite counters to this roomy kitchen makes this a wonderful place for your group cooks to prepare meals and snacks. The furnishings, together with hardwood floors and neutral walls, create an upscale beach cottage feel. The ocean breeze will caress your skin as you enjoy one of the three ocean side decks while sunning, having lunch, or just reading your favorite book. The primary bedroom located on the second floor has a king bed, sitting area, large TV, master bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and private access to the ocean-facing porch. The guest bedroom on this floor has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. On the third level is an oceanfront guest bedroom with a queen bed, TV, private ocean-facing porch, and a private bath. The fourth bedroom has two twins with a private bath. There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout and satellite TV The Grand Pavilion pools are just steps away from your door. Enjoy snacks, lunch, or an umbrella drink while enjoying the occasional live band at the oceanside pools Please Note Limited parking for 2 midsize SUVs and smaller vehicles. There is access to overflow parking a short walk away. Bed Configuration: Second Floor: 1 King Bed | 1 Queen Bed Third Floor: 1 Queen Bed| 2 Twin Beds Pricing & Availability: Enter arrival dates and departure dates. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees. For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays. --Policy-- When making an online reservation on VRBO, you will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals. Damage Protection: In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay. Travel Insurance: East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all of its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian's specialty is the Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of a job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once a reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation. If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

Beautiful beachfront location. We wish the bushes would be trimmed so you could see the water from the lower floors. This is a nice house but the carpet needs to be replaced! And the pillows are very flat in every room, need new pillows. Also, would be nice if foil and zip lock bags were provided. Other tha these things, great stay and would recommend!!

Perfect house for an (almost) weeklong stay over New Years. Celebrated my wife’s milestone birthday with our 5 adult children and one fiancée. So 8 adults (2 couples and 4 singles). Sleeping arrangements were great for that size party. House was in good shape. FYI - TV package was limited. Had to buy a Roku to get ESPN, so if that’s important to you, plan ahead. Whole family loves Isle of Palms and this is a terrific location in Wild Dunes.

Overall a good experience with a few blips. The property was very nice and the kitchen was equipped much better than most houses. The house was spotless and the beds comfortable. The parking was terrible and the security, Ken, was extremely rude to us on two separate occasions. If I were a homeowner I would prefer that my guests be treated with southern hospitality, not hostility. We weren’t given a key to the elevator until the day after checkin, that was a downer for woman with children.

Grand Pavilion on Wild Dunes is a very nice and active area with a lot of activity for children right on the property. There are beautiful outdoor views overlooking the ocean and the property is right next to beach access.

Great Stay
This was a great place to stay. The house was just as expected. The location was perfect and the beach was beautiful. Being close to Charleston was great, we ventured into the city a couple times. The beach was not crowded and very relaxing. Overall a very positive experience.

Wonderful reunion
We were so lucky to be able to stay in this beautiful house so that our kids could spend time with their grandparents -- first time they had seen each other in over a year! The location is stunning and the house is roomy, comfortable and well-appointed. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great House Equals Great Vacation Experience
This four bedroom/four bathroom house with elevator provided the facilities we desired. The location (on the ocean near the tennis center) and the ambiance inside the house were just terrific. From morning coffee on the balcony to dinner and Trivial Pursuit in the dining room, this was a first rate experience.

Great location with a shared yard and easy access to beach. House is very “beachy” with a terrific set up for families with kids and grandkids. Plenty of room to accommodate 4 couples or a large extended family. Lots of indoor and outdoor living space. In “normal” times, access to amenities would probably be easy. Many restrictions were in play during our 4 week stay.

The view was disappointing as the trees have grown to such a height that it basically blocks the view on the main living level. Isle of Palms in general did not offer the restaurants we were looking for or shopping. Went into Charleston for restaurants and shopping. If all you want is beach than this is the place and house for you.

We had a 3 generation vacation. Beautiful location on the ocean with easy beach access. However, nowhere in material was it noted that this is a duplex. The picture was somewhat deceptive. We did have enough room though. We have never been to Isle of Palms and loved the proximity to Charleston and amenities of Wild Dunes. Home was well equipped but kitchen needs a new can opener and a crockpot. My pot of chili burned on the stove! Overall, a lovely spot.

Overall a decent experience. Location was excellent but the parking was miserable. Getting in and out of the garage was an ongoing challenge when the unit next door had guests. The AC on the third floor did not work for 1 night but was eventually fixed by the next afternoon. The oven appliance needs an overhaul replacement.
