Wonderful house-worked great for all 9 of us. Loved the private access to the beach. We cooked all our meals at the house with no problems.

Everything was top notch, very clean, quiet and comfortable with room for our extended family. Full kitchen with everything you need. Just steps from the beach, with great ocean views from the patio. This was a great home in Brookings.
Please check the separate rental agreement the Property Management Company will send you. The Property Management did not provide access information prior to our arrival, and required that they meet us in person at the property for access. Not specified in the rental agreement is that the Property Management Company wanted the primary renter (VRBO profile the property was booked under) to be the first to arrive. We had extended family coming from different areas, all meeting in Brookings for the Thanksgiving Holiday. As I was the primary renter, the Property Management Company did not want to let the other family members into the property even though they arrived before me (I had an 8 hour drive and was delayed). The Property Management eventually relented and let the first to arrive into the property, but this was an unnecessary hassle.

The house was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. The windows in the living room provide amazing views of the beach and ocean. We enjoyed spending lots of time watching boats coming and going from port and even spotted a sea lion swimming. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. It was great to have private access down to the beach. Remember to bring a head lamp to navigate the steps at night. Great vacation spot and we hope to be back!

Four adults came to Brookings for a staff retreat and easy access to the Redwoods. Day Dreaming accommodated us very comfortably, each with our own bedroom. The beds were superb, the kitchen well stocked, the entire house was spotless, and the decor tasteful. We'd certainly stay here again.

We LOVED the view!! And it was SO sweet to have beach access! The kitchen was very well supplied. It was close to stores, yet it did not feel like you were in town. It was peaceful and comfortable. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults.
We were surprised that the separated bedroom/bathroom was not connected to the main house-not a big deal for us but for families with children it would be.
Also, the poles on the deck were quite wobbly-should be replaced (we were told about this).

The waves crashing on the beach was the perfect backdrop.

We really enjoyed our stay! Nice to get away from the smoke in Medford. Plenty of room in the house to spread out. Loved the split king Tempurpedic mattress in the downstairs King bedroom.

The property is exactly as described and worked so well for us - 2 couples (supposed to be 3 but we had a last minute cancellation). Communication was prompt and check-in was a breeze. All if us agreed that it was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen in a rental. You’ll want for nothing. The views were amazing and the marina a short walk away. We’d happily stay here again. 😊

We have stayed in over a dozen properties over the last few years and this is by far our favorite. The pictures don’t do the views justice. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and cooking/bakeware to make for an easy stay. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and there was an abundance of linens. Checkin was quick, tons of parking and a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this property 100%!

We have rented VRBO properties from coast to coast, including several other properties in Brookings, and the consensus is that this is our favorite, regardless of location. Worth every penny. The obvious superlative is the view of the Pacific. Absolutely stunning. That said, the house was the cleanest and best equipped that we have stayed in. Move-in ready, so to speak. We were also impressed with the care that was taken in the design and upkeep of the landscaping and the thought that was given to the layout of the outdoor spaces. Wish we had been able to stay another week and hope to do so in the near future.

Wonderful property! Beautiful oceanfront views, great location and well upkept with most any essential you could need (one suggestion, champagne flutes). Includes all the best amenities, once again, all well upkept -- hot tub, indoor gas fireplace, outdoor large gas firepit. Ultra soft towels too! I gave the 4-star for cleanliness only because of some dustiness, otherwise very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit for a special 50th bday getaway. Thank you!

The house was amazing! Beautifully decorated, every detail it was very thoughtfully considered. an amazing place to just hang around with friends, with a spectacular patio overlooking the ocean. And excellent access to the beach, by far the best house we have rented in Brookings. The host was amazing, and super responsive to any questions we had.
