The staff is helpful. I accidentally booked a smoking room, but they gladly changed to non-smoking one (as the previous smelled of smoke), the public bath is great, clean and hot <3 We were the only ones using it, so had a great time overall

I wish there were bathrooms also for women in the capsule hotel level... If you are a woman and need the toilet - let's say during the night - you have to leave your floor entirely. There should just be toilets available for everyone.
