The hotel was very clean and the staff was so helpful. In fact, the most helpful that I had to write a review because they deserve to have a positive and super thankful review! My husband and I used their parking lot (which is like an elevator for cars), and as I was exiting our vehicle I dropped a small stuffed toy I had just bought that comedically bounced out of my arms, bounced off the floor and down a hold of the car elevator! I was absolutely devastated and so embarrassed that I had done such a thing and thought there was absolutely no way that we were getting back! But, the employee that was working the garage that night (so sorry I forgot your name/lost your name card, but it was a man and he was working on the night of August 18!!) went inside and got a broom and tape and got my little toy out from the deep hole that it feel in. And he tried so many times and did not give up- I couldn't believe it! It meant a lot to me to have this toy back and he has made it safely back to NY with us! The hotel does have parking for an extra fee per night, once you get to the hotel you can reserve your parking spot during your stay. They also have luggage storage lockers, free water bottles and some amenities (comb, toothbrush, etc). Hotel is about a 5-10 min walk to the port depending on how fast you walk and 15-20 min walk to Kokousai Dori. The yakiniku restaurant is pretty good next door and it's super convenient to have the Family Mart also next door. Thank you so much for making our first stop in Okinawa a good one!

I liked this hotel a lot, I think if you're new to Japan you will be surprised by the small size, but it's really no different to other Japanese hotels. You may also need to get used to your sink being outside of the bathroom- the shower and the toilet are in two seperate rooms and then the sink is outside of those two room, but this is also something common to see in some Japanese hotels (I've even seen it in some countries in Europe), so it's not something I dislike but just something that you will get used to! I did think the alarm clock was a bit weird because even if it looked off it was listening to our conversations. For instance, if you were talking about what day it was, the weather or what was something- suddenly the clock just starts talking to you and answering out of nowhere lol.

Overall the beds were comfy and the location was pretty central. I liked that the hotel offered complimentary breakfast which starts as early at 630AM which is a nice touch for early departures.

The shower had an initial stench and the room was rather small.

Location was ok close to transportation the break fast was awful only 3.choices.of sandwich if you are.vegan you starve and i cup of.tea 😲 i was tajen aback at the selfservice of take up my teapot and other amenities but ok got.used to that felt .like camping out my room.was not spacious all in all not too bad. I.just wished I had known in advance.i thought.it was a.normal hotel.

Its said.breakfast included most hotels this.mean a proper choice of meal like buffet not a prepared sandwich 1 egg and 2.with ham. So i.had.no.choice and for.coffee you.had to pay ??
