We had a large group meeting for a reunion. The communication with the owner was great. They checked in frequently with me. The property was very clean and had all the amenities listed. We had a great time in Breckenridge.

The home was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our work retreat. My husband and I brought our 8 employees. We used the theatre room for presentations and workshops during the day. In the evenings we relaxed in the game room, hot tub, and fire pit area. The kitchen had plenty of room for all us to pitch in and help with meals.

Slopeside Manor was an excellent place for our XC team to stay. It allowed for everyone to enjoy something while we stayed - either sit in quiet to read, or get together for some team bonding with games or movies. It was one of, if not the best places we've stayed in our many years of bringing our teams to Colorado.

We discovered there was an opening for the day after we were leaving so even extended our stay. The management team was fantastic. We had one situation with the water, and they took care of it immediately.There was one problem - our grandkids just wanted to stay at the house the entire time and not go anywhere - they loved the media room and all of the games!

We were a large group of friends. This house had everything we could want. We had many outdoor activities planned but the house made us all want to hang out and enjoy each others company. Game room on first floor was wonderful with the pool table, poker table and large tv was just perfect. Kitchen easily accommodated the 15 of us. Every pot, pan and utensil you need. Bedrooms were perfect, comfortable!! The area in Breckinridge where the house was located was scenic, beautiful and just a short ride to downtown Breckinridge!!! This house is absolutely stunning every inch of it.

We got right on a green slope across the street from our house that took us right to the base of peak 8! Skiing home was just as easy! Take trygve to the house! This rental company is spectacular! We enjoyed the home, it was amazing. Being so close to the ski resort was awesome. Very close to town and had everything you could want sleds, hot tub, pool table and more.

No complaints. We had a great experience. Walking distance to slope which was very helpful for a big family that likes to ski and board at different times during the day. Everything was clean and communication was great. Check in was the easiest time I’ve ever had. My only recommendation is they can get some warming lamps outside so we could enjoy the patios and out door views during the winter. But, everything was so perfect they deserve 5 stars.

Our extended family of 7 adults, 4 teenagers and one 3 yr old descended upon Slopeside Manor for a week to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The set-up of this home fit our group very well and we enjoyed the many amenities that it had to offer. There were a few minor things that didn't work properly at the home and these were communicated to the property manager, who was responsive in trying to address them. Some of these items items could not be completed during our stay due to the need to order parts. None of them detracted significantly from our enjoyment of the property. The location of the home near the base of Peak 8 was perfect for accessing hiking trails, Epic Discovery and all of the other outdoor activities that Breckenridge has to offer. We would certainly consider renting this home again in any future trip to Breckenridge.

Slopeside Manor is everything we expected and more!
We had the most incredible time renting this beautiful home. The house was gorgeous and clean with plenty of room for everyone! The main floor open floor plan offered a great space to entertain and the basement was where all the children wanted to hang (shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong, bumper pool, Xbox, movie theatre, etc.
Jacuzzi and fire pit were a great way to spend the evening with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy.
We cannot wait to come back to Slopeside Manor!

Spectacular Property
This property is fantastic. The property is lavishly furnished with a seemingly no-expenses spared attitude. For a ‘simple group of middle aged guys’ we laughed when we realized the home comes with a second dish washer…Excessive? Perhaps. But a great indication of the experience you’ll enjoy. Look at the amenities listed. The hot tub and gas fire pit were put to good use as were the pool table and indoor shuffle board.
What didn’t we use? There’s a media room…and games on the TV for the kids. There’s only so much time…
We were on a guy’s golf trip to Breckenridge...and enjoying the amenities of the Slopeside was a big part of the group's enjoyment...Returning back from the course, we’d relax on the front porch – one of four on the property – and watch the sun tumble over the range. The gas grill got a good work out every night…
Wild life was all around. We never did see any elk or moose, but we did see hawks all over and a few fox showed up to the home without coaxing. The fox seemed to be a bit curious about our group and sat patiently in the driveway for us to take photos.
This probably isn’t the cheapest property in Breckenridge, but I can’t imagine a vacation rental home where you’d have a better time.
Thanks again to Pinnacle Properties for a wonderful job for turning us onto this beautiful property - they were very accommodating and responsive…and helpful when we first got to town. Also thanks to the home owner for sharing your terrific home with our group.

Fantastic Family Reunion
The 14 of us (6 children between 1 and 8 years old), their parents, and the grandparents enjoyed the immense amenities this home offered. A home theater allowed the children to watch a movie while adults ate dinner; the fire pit and jacuzzi created a fun gathering space outside; the vast amount of games including shuffle board and pool table challenged all ages.
The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and upscale bedding and decor. The kitchen was well-stocked with all cooking necessities. The 7,000 sq. ft. even allowed for some quiet places.
We also enjoyed one day at the Breck Fun Park (which is within walking distance) and the kids loved bowling at One Ski Hill Place (pass included with house rental).
Wow! What an ideal vacation home which created lasting family memories for us! We hope to return sometime!

Great Home, Great Location, Great Time
Had a group of friends all meet in Breckenridge for some summer fun in the mountains. The locations of this house is perfect. The house sits literally right off the ski slopes on peak 8. We were constantly walking between the base of peak 8 and the house. The shuttle service was perfect for getting back and forth between Main Street and the house. We could not have picked a better home to stay in while in Breckenridge. The group unanimously agreed that we will be staying here again next time we visit Breck! Perfect home, perfect location. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Great Mountain Home
Met a group of friends out here for a skiing trip. House is in an ultra-prime location right on peak 8. This is a true ski-in, ski-out home. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The shuttle service and access to the amenities at One Ski Hill Lodge was a very nice. We will be making reservations here for the next visit, no doubt.

The amazing Slopeside Manor.
Several friends and I rented the house for a week of fun on the mountain. The house was incredibly elegant! With the house being located next to the runs, it makes it so easy to hike down the slope and get on the lifts. The kitchen was beautiful and functional for cooking a meal to feed an army. It has an open staircase, which makes it easy to talk to everyone and each of the floors. After a long day of hiking or biking, the hot tube was perfect for all of us to unwind and relax. We spent several nights in the home theater room watching movies. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Next time we're in Breckenridge, this is where we'll be staying!!

Everything Exceeded Ecpectations!
Our attempt to find some relief from the hot South Carolina weather and to catch up with family was a wonderful success. Our four abbreviated families (11 people) spent the July 4th week at Slopeside Manor. The large, 7,000 s.f., home seemed specially designed for a larger number of guests, and was very well decorated and maintained. The layout allows everyone their own private, quite area, along with large rooms for full family activities. The pictures give a very good representation, except that it is even larger than it looks.
The game area provided for our round robins of card playing, ping-pong and shuffle board challenges, followed by marshmallow roasting in the fire pit outside. We did not try the hot-tub, but the movies in the theatre room were nice “quiet-times”. The kitchen had everything needed and had plenty of space for the 2-3 would-be chefs to do their cooking together. The large garage was a big plus.
Walking the ski slopes (across the street) was a nice surprise. Besides the views, you could still walk on 25 foot tall snow mounds on slopes covered in wild flowers. The Breckenridge Golf course was a pleasure.
Everything exceeded expectations. And, we had the best time catching up with the spread out parts of our family, and making new memories.

Stunning home -- no detail overlooked! Our family gathered here for our mother's 80th Birthday celebration. The layout allows for both privacy and gathering together. The home, and everything in it, was spotless. We have stayed in many private residences and this was, by far, the most spectacular. If this property meets your needs in terms of beds/baths, book it. You will not be disappointed!! Visit Breck was very accommodating and answered all our questions, both prior to and during our stay.
