About this apartment rental
Drac 1 is located in a unique location on the first line of the sea on the fine white sandy beach in Cala Santanyí, a small and quiet bay surrounded by pine trees in the southeast of Mallorca, about 50 km from the airport. The apartment has a balcony with views of the beach and the sea. On the balcony there is a small table with two chairs to enjoy breakfast with the sound of the sea. It has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, and combined refrigerator. It is functional and equipped with satellite TV, internet access, and central heating. A crib and high chair are provided upon request. Bed linen and towels are, of course, available.
Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, and a popular weekly market, is about 3.5 km away.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.

We spent a few days here with our two kids and it worked perfectly. First row on the beach — no road to cross, the kids were in the water within minutes of arrival. Cala Santanyí is exactly what you want with a family: small, sheltered, calm water, pine trees framing the bay.
The apartment is well-equipped. Two double bedrooms, a proper kitchen, and a balcony with a sea view that made breakfast feel like an occasion. Waking up to that sound of the water was hard to beat.
Would come back without hesitation.
Make sure the heating regulation works in all rooms to avoid heating during high temperatures outside

We LOVED our stay! It was easy, clean, safe and so so beautiful! Everything we needed was provided to us and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful! The beach was steps away and the views were worth all the money in the world.
