About this house rental
Villa Esmeralda which boasts an international design award is a luxurious beachfront villa located the most upscale area of the Yucatan's emerald coast . Enjoy the natural surroundings of the Gulf of Mexico on a very quiet beach with all the amenities one would desire including custom made furniture throughout the home . If you enjoy cooking there is a gourmet cooks kitchen to play in. Every room in the house faces the water with floor to ceiling glass and balconies. It gets better with a totally private rooftop deck where you can lounge, enjoy cocktails or eat meals if desired while having 360 degree views and magnificent sunsets over the water and stargazing at night. The house is equipped with 50 inch HD smart televisions and cable service for programming in both Spanish and English as well as Roku for Netflix, Amazon TV and more.. There are ceiling fans throughout as well as air conditioners in every room but you can also enjoy the natural sea breezes through the screened doors and windows. Other amenities include king size beds , a dual zone wine cooler, propane cooktop and oven, blue tooth music players in the living room and bedrooms, pressurized water, and a triple osmosis water filter system for drinking water and ice. There is fiber optic high speed internet and a telephone landline which can be used to call anywhere in Mexico, the United States and Canada (no charge).
Nearby are restaurants, Mayan ruins, flamingo watching, cenotes, boating and fishing. For a change of pace you can drive to Merida to take in its cultural activities , historic buildings, museums, dining , night life and music in the streets.. Truly the best of two worlds. All this is only a 45 minute ride from the airport. If you want to visit the Yucatan but do not want to be surrounded by tourists this is the place to be.
