Excellent views of the sunset. Large patio with furniture. Owner’s response to questions was prompt. The only negative was the living room furniture. The two sofas were not comfortable for the four of us. They were too deep and soft, however, this opinion is subjective and others may feel differently. Would recommend owner leave brochures of available attractions and restaurants in the area for guests. The amenities were excellent and were as described in the VRBO ad.

The Listing was 100% accurate with no suprises. Communication with owner was great as well as check in made simple and easy. We would happily stay again if this property is not booked next time we visit. All I can say is you will noy go wrong if you stay at this location.

The property is amazing with a spectacular view. Beds are soft, AC is strong, and you can use all the amenities. We did have one large hiccup when the fridge and freezer flooded and stopped working on arrival. Olga did her best to get this fixed but with the weekend it never could be. We were compensated accordingly for our loss of food. Besides that, there were extra beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet. You get two blue loungers with the condo but you need to ask staff on the beach to reserve them. The condo was very clean on arrival minus the dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend this home if only for the views and the AC and the fast replies by Olga.

This unit is exactly as seen on the advertisement! It is absolutely beautiful! The beds are very comfortable, to include the sleeper sofa which is rare, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us! The property is kept very clean and nice! Ulga was an excellent host and very quick to respond with any questions! Definetely recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future!!

The location was perfect. Right on the beach and lounge chairs are included. The condo was very nice. The beds are very comfortable. Nice big balcony. Two nice pools and easy access to the beach.

The property was exceptionally clean and felt like home. All the furnishings we're nice and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and was possibly the best ocean view I've ever experienced! I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Wonderful property. Beds were very comfortable. The only complaint would be lack of towels. We had 5 people and only 4 towels. Host was very prompt on returning emails. Would stay again. Beautiful view of the ocean.

We enjoyed our week at Ocean villa. We liked the condo. A couple of things brought my rating to a 4 rather than a 5. The couch was very uncomfortable. The bathroom sink off the kitchen doesn’t drain properly. And finally, the code to the front door quit working the night before we left. Luckily one of us was inside to let the other one in. All in all, it’s a nice condo with great communication. The beds were awesome! We would stay again.

The Ocean villa was perfect for the four of us! The view was breathtaking from the balcony and we had no complaints with our condo. It had easy access providing an overhead tunnel from the parking garage to the third floor that we definitely took advantage of. Most of all the location was perfect! We walked pretty much everywhere:))

My family absolutely loved our family vacation at this condo. The Condo had plenty of room for my family of 5, with the two bedrooms and pullout couch and two bathrooms. Condo was clean and spacious. and Parking was great with a parking structure across the road and a bridge across the road to avoid traffic. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed eating our meals out there. The beach itself was gorgeous and the pools and hot tub were great. It was awesome to have two beach chairs included with our stay. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The owner was great to communicate with and answered all my questions I had before arriving. I have already recommended this condo to some family and friends!

This was a great place to stay! It was very clean, plenty of room, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and it's always great when you're right on the beach!! The only thing I would suggest is that you bring your own soap/body wash. There was soap and body wash but it was like hotel supplies. Not a deal breaker, still a great place to stay!! We're making plans to stay there next year!!

The condo was beautiful and simple. Much larger than we expected. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which worked well with 2 teenage daughters. The balcony was ver spacious and had a spectacular view of the ocean. Will definitely stay again!

Communication was great. The condo had everything we needed. It wasn’t cleaned great upon arrival. It smelled terrible but bought plug ins and fixed that. The beds weren’t comfortable and couches had ugly covers on them. The location and complex was great. Elevator was fast. I would stay at ocean villa’s again.
