Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying in the condo
$50 for parking pass per car. 2 cars max. Paid upon arrival.
Guests must bring their own beach towels & such
Initial supplies provided: dishwasher soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and basic toiletries. Bed linens and bath towels are included, but supplies are not restocked during the stay

This condo was great! We had a great family vacation. I really appreciated the guest room having two beds. It's hard to find a condo in this area that has 2 separate beds that are not bunk beds or sleeper sofa. When you have two teens, a bunk bed isn't really an option and let's be real- no sleeper sofa is comfortable, ever. The bed in master room was comfy. Beautiful views. Beach not too crowded- even on a holiday weekend. The only thing I would advise is to be sure you have exact amount for parking pass because they didn't have change for a 20 bill (how parking is 50 and they didn't have any 10s, I do not know). The condo was clean. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect! We were able to check in a day earlier than we had planned with no problems at all. The owner was wonderful! The unit was nice and clean and very welcoming. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!
