Unfassbarer Blick auf die Berge, moderne, puristische Zimmer mit ultra bequemen Betten, köstliches Essen (unbedingt die Halbpension wählen!) - das Saltus Team ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen.
Der Saunabereich ist wunderschön zwischen Bäumen gebaut, der Outdoor Pool hat die bekannten, wunderschöne Aussicht.
Morgendliche Yoga- oder Pilatessessions werden ebenfalls täglich angeboten.
Tolle Ausangslage für vielfältige Wanderungen. Der Bus fährt vor der Türe los, auch nach Bozen, wenn man einen Trip ins Tal plant.
Das Chefinnen-Team ist vor Ort, ansprechbar, packt mit an! Ein Betrieb mit Herz.
Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da.

Location was fabulous
Pool was amazing and the food was great
Masses of mosquitoes every night with no
Provision of spray or warning , many bites during the night
No fans
No air conditioning
So closing all windows because of the mosquitoes was not comfortable, no air flow .
Also website states that a Bozon pass is available yet it wasn’t?

Lounge area is nice, and Saltus hike is beautiful
It is actually very fake. I called it Insta Hotels. They take nice pictures, but everything else is fake and unprofessional.
We have booked for 3 people at booking. And after we enter the room, even tho was set to 3 people. Additional bed ready. They started sending messages saying we need to pay extra ($200 per night for my kid). Although, we actually booked for 3 and pay in advance.
Continuously harassing us.
They blamed booking, but it was clearly not booking fault.
At the end they have tried to put more expenses in our bill. And didn’t want to take it out. They brought the bulletins without signatures in times we were out of the hotel with the fake additional charges. Then they ask sorry.
Fake and dishonest poor hotel.
