I liked the location and the staff was friendly. They cleaned rooms daily. Quiet location close to piazza del popolo.
Ants in room by my bed (about 20 at a time) and breakfast was not good. Bland. Low variety. Coffee not good either. We left at 4 am and I asked staff to prepare some breakfast to go for my 4 year old. She did not prepare anything.

The outside seating area was beautiful, and the inside was tastefully decorated! Really appreciate the AC indoors. Nice and very helpful staff.

Simple, clean
Our room was next to a bathroom that we could hear slamming/sounds from all night long. The TV power button at one point would not stop flashing so we had to cover it. Finally the smoke detector was directly above the bed and flashed throughout the night. Was very hard to fall asleep
