Great central location in Rome, very quick, friendly and responsive staff, they accommodated my partners allergies and provided hypoallergenic sheets and towels upon request. The big shower within the unit itself was a lovely touch.
Certain parts of the unit were a bit dusty still, but it could be a common thing in Rome as cosmetic wear and tear as we noticed. The Wifi is present but it is quite slow and makes internet and streaming services provided very buffery.

The location was absolutely fantastic! definitely the biggest advantage of this place! Very close to Piazza del Popolo and within easy walking distance of the main shopping streets, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and many other attractions. It was perfect for exploring Rome.
Communication was also excellent. We arrived after reception hours, but everything was clearly explained in advance by email and messages, and our key was waiting for us as arranged. Check-in was very smooth.
The room was clean and tidy when we arrived and was serviced every day, including Saturday and Sunday, which we really appreciated. The air conditioning worked well (a bit noisy), and there is also a sauna and jacuzzi area that looked very nice, although we didn't have the chance to use it.
The main downside is that the property does not really feel like a hotel. it is more like something between a guesthouse and an upgraded Airbnb. Access to the third floor is via a very old elevator, which I personally found a little uncomfortable- IT WAS SUPER DUPER SMALL!!!! It barely fit our luggage.
Although the room was serviced daily, the floor was not cleaned or even swept during our stay, which was disappointing. We also had recurring problems with the hot water, which kept coming and going.
I also didn't like the bathroom layout. The sink is directly inside the bedroom near the entrance, and the transparent glass shower is also inside the room with no real separation from the sleeping area. This offers very little privacy when sharing the room with someone else.
The room itself could use some refreshing. The walls had several dark marks and scuffs, and overall it felt a little dated. Some deeper cleaning and repainting would make a big difference. The air conditioner was also slightly noisy.

Very close to metro station and piazza del Popolo for easy access to the rest of the city. Room was a good size and staff was friendly. Free water (sparkling and still) provided daily.
Mold in the bathrooms, coffee machine needed to be de-scaled, and some dust.
