This apartment is a complete unit separate from the downstairs. The apartment is entered from the ground floor with an inside staircase that leads to the second floor. It is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view. From the space on the second floor you can enjoy the panoramic view and the many marinas through the oversize windows and front porch. Sailboats, Shrimp boats and other water vessels provide a rich visual feast. The scene is always changing. The apartment has central heat and air, a fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, king size bed, queen sofa bed, picnic area with gas BBQ grill, easy walk to town center and a short drive to beach.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway right after Christmas and had such a lovely time! Everything from here walkable, and the views from the sunroom were beautiful! We even caught a SpaceX launch during our stay! The home and outdoor areas were beautiful and everything we needed was provided.

What a lovely little spot! The privacy that comes with the backyard was extra special and not expected. It was great to be able to relax and look out of our balcony over the swamp and see the birds, the boats docked in the distance, and the stars at night. The apartment itself is in a great location, with an Uber ride or walking to downtown made easy because of the proximity. We would stay again and bring our growing family — would be a great stay for parents and small kids. We will be back!

It was simply easy to find and great views just what you want for a 3 day stay,piece and quite. Great local area for food within walking distance. Could not have found better. Plan to go back.

Because of the weather, we were able to stay in the house, which we enjoyed greatly the views, the way the house is set up with two porches actually 2 on the back one on the front. The facilities were set up very well almost knew we really enjoyed, our stay there and enjoy the artwork that was lined on the wall. This is a great place to stay when you’re visiting Saint Augustine. We’re thinking we might be back at such a nice place.

We have made many trips to St. Augustins and always stay in the heart of the downtown district. This time we decided to try something different. This property was PERFECT. It's still close to everything, but nice and quiet when you want to get away and relax. The views are also gorgeous.

We really enjoyed this second floor apartment. The place was comfortable and very clean. This was a place that you enjoyed going back to after a day of sightseeing. It was also in a very quiet part of the neighborhood. It featured a backyard deck that looked out over a marsh and also a front porch deck that faced the street. We enjoyed both of them. The king bed was very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again if we returned to St. Augustine.

The property was very clean and in a great location. Everything was in walking distance. Michael and Hyacinth happened to be there as we arrived a little early. They were wonderful to talk with and gave us some good places to eat.

Wonderful gardens and apartment. Lots of room and wonderful outside sitting areas in the front balcony and back of balcony. We have stayed on the first floor previously and lil over that also. Great communication with the owner. Can’t wait for our next stay there! Perfect area to walk and see other properties in the area.

We stayed in unit B so i cannot speak for the other units but ours was wonderful. There were only two of us so we had plenty of room. My wife was in love with it as soon as she saw the art work all over the apartment. She is an artist as well and absolutely loved the owner's work. The property gives you something to look at every where you turn. Great for the photographer, and she is a good one. The flowers and plants are very nice. We loved the property and look forward to staying there in the future.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay. Way to hot to enjoy sitting outside although the view was very nice! The king bed was very comfortable. My only issue was the TV. The Roku set up is very limiting for live TV watching. Ed Clark

This home has it all! Location - so close to everything. Views that are amazing with sunsets to make you swoon! The sunroom, porches and endless windows mean you can see the marsh and all it's wildlife as it changes with the tides. The home is so well kept and comfortable with beautiful gardens and lush palm trees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and believe this property is a gem. The owners were very responsive and kind. Would love to stay again!

This property was a much needed Escape from Reality. I can not even begin to tell you how happy I am that I found this amazing property. It really is so peaceful and quiet, yet still.sonclose to Downton. The front porch & backporch were my favorite places in the house. The beautiful art work in the home just made it even more enjoyable. I would so highly recommend it anyone. The wall of windows made the home feel so open. The views were so calming. We will definitely be staying there again. After 28 yaers of coming to St.Augustine, i have found my favorite place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Access to the unit was easy, and the parking was off-street,which is an added bonus in St. Augustine. My husband and I slept very well on the comfortable mattress in the bedroom, and our college-aged daughter loved sleeping on the sun porch which had panoramic views of the marsh and an additional air conditioner for even more comfort. We would love to return at a cooler time of year to fully enjoy the rockers on the front porch or the chairs on the back balcony. The property was near the bustling Old Town and Flagler College area, yet was tucked away in a quiet region of Lincolnville.

This might be my favorite place I've ever stayed. The unit was exactly as described; it was extremely clean, and the owners have literally thought of everything a guest might need. I especially loved the back deck and all seasons room, as well as the covered front porch. The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with, and I cannot wait to return.

Compliments to the cleaners/owners for a property that was very clean and was as described. Thumbs up for their groundskeeper too, beautiful grounds. We were in upper apartment, great views, very quiet, and this place is just very comfortable with plenty of space in every room and art everywhere (owners are both artists).

We were looking for a break from our never ending cold Minnesota winter and we found it!!!! The house was comfy, clean, and peaceful. The artwork was such a wonderful touch to the property. The best part of this property were the balconies . We started every morning there with our coffee and ended every evening with our wine to watch the sunset. Watching the tide come in and out every day was so fascinating. The location to restaurants, a distillery, a winery, and Old Town attractions made the location perfect……. Close enough to walk to all the attractions but far enough away for much needed peace and quiet. We would definitely stay there again and will be recommending it to friends!
