About this house rental
This property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the city of Saint Augustine. This is a 2 story house with the apartment located on the second floor of the home. This apartment is a complete unit separate from the downstairs. The apartment is entered from the ground floor with an inside staircase that leads to the second floor. It is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view. From the space on the second floor you can enjoy the panoramic view and the many marinas through the oversize windows and front porch. Sailboats, Shrimp boats and other water vessels provide a rich visual feast. The scene is always changing. The apartment has central heat and air, a fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, king size bed, queen sofa bed, picnic area with gas BBQ grill, easy walk to town center and a short drive to beach.

Loved coming back to the serenity of Sunset Marina. Enjoyed coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony overlooking the marsh. Even saw two pink flamingoes fly by one morning.

The house was very clean and sufficiently furnished with essential needs. The location is in a quiet quaint neighborhood. We will stay again.

Incredible stay! Beautiful home in a great location - with easy access to historic downtown! Michael and Hyacinth were very responsive. Would highly recommend and will definitely love to stay again for future visits to St Augustine!
