Nestled in Wild Dunes, this charming house for $900 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. You'll be staying in the Grand Pavilion area, which is the center of activity and Resort core for Wild Dunes Resort. It's just a few steps to all the action. In any direction. Steps towards the beach you will find Grand Pavilion's two ocean-front pools and the Boardwalk, Beachside Burgers and Snack bar, Dunes’s ice-cream parlor, full bar and beverage service and a souvenir shop. There are lounge chairs and complimentary towel service beside the pools, as well as rental chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Nearby in the Resort core are lots of amenities you and your family will enjoy: the Boardwalk Inn with a quiet adults-only pool and private cabanas as well as the wonderful restaurant Coastal Provisions. New in 2021 is the beautiful Sweetgrass Inn and Conference Center and the Resort Plaza. At the brand new Sweetgrass area you will find the Sweetgrass Pool which includes 2 pools, hot tub and splash pad for kids. Also located there is the destination Spa at Sweetgrass, Laughing Gull Poolside Restaurant and Oystercatcher Bar in lobby. On the plaza you will find Hudson's Market, new art gallery and NEW Coastal Crust Pizza Restaurant. A few steps more will bring you to the Harbor Golf Course, the Tennis Center, the Deli, and the Swim Center Pool (also heated in cool weather). And, in the midst of all this, your rental home will be on a quiet cul-de-sac with limited traffic. We hope you'll find our recently renovated house inviting, relaxing, and just right for your beach vacation. On the ground level, there's parking for 3 cars; up one flight you'll find the great room and kitchen, plus one bedroom (queen) and bath; and on the upper level is the master bedroom (king) and bath along with a third bedroom (2 queens) and bath. The house has been renovated interior and exterior. Exterior has been freshly painted with a new roof and interior has been professionally redecorated with new high-quality furniture, mattresses and bedding, appliances, fixtures, and accessories that are meant to create a casual and relaxing vacation spot for you. Off the living area is a screened porch which has an ocean view and is shaded in the afternoon. The dining area has a glass-top table that seats 6 with room to spare, and there are three bar stools at the kitchen counter. In the kitchen, which is open to the great room, you'll find brand new stainless steel appliances, sile-stone countertops, and everything you need to cook and serve any meal; although there are so many fabulous restaurants in the area, it's hard to get motivated to cook! The main-floor bedroom has a new queen-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a bathroom with combination tub and shower. There is a partial ocean view from the sunset-facing windows. On the upper level, the master bedroom features a cathedral ceiling, king-size bed, private deck with a beautiful view of the ocean, and morning sunshine. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The cathedral ceiling gives the room an airy feeling while large windows provide spectacular sunset views and peeks at the ocean. We were down for my son's wedding and could not have stayed at a better spot. The home was beautiful and clean. Beautifully decorated and big! We were close to the beach, pool and hotel. The groomsmen all got ready at the house and plenty of room for everyone and photographer. I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again. I loved it

We stayed at this property for a long weekend and loved it’s location! Plenty of space for the kids to be kids, Close to the pools/beach and the owners were AMAZING with responding when we had issues with our door code. Highly recommend this property!!!

We stayed here for our family vacation with two young kids and my elderly parents. Location was excellent to beach and pools. Our kids loved access to the sweet grass pool and splash pad, especially at night. Layout was very comfortable for our family and everything was clean and well stocked. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property!

What a great place!! Nice decor and lots of seating for our group of 7. Owner very responsive and helpful. Easy beach access as well as a cute little pizza place and market (for incidentals you might have forgotten). Would definitely rent again!!!

What a great stay at 24 Grand Pavilion! This location is perfect in the heart of Wild Dunes, but on a quiet street. Very short walk to either beach, pools, and new Sweetgrass stores (Hudson’s Market and Coastal Crust). We even drove around Wild Dunes which is very large to see the community and still think this is the prime location on property. The new Sweetgrass pool is so great for kids with large wading in area, splash pad, and baby pool. And also great for adults with a bar and plenty of nice lounge chairs and umbrellas. This home exactly as I hoped: clean, spacious, and updated. We had 6 adults and 2 kids 3 and under. The towels and linens provided seemed new and good quality. The household supplies provided included trash bags, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and toiletry samples in the bathroom. We stopped at the grocery store on the way in to get food, drinks, paper plates, coffee, hand soap etc. The owners were very responsive and kind! They also gave us great restaurant recommendations. Our favorite was Acme Low Country Kitchen, the best shrimp and grits! We hope to come back to 24 Grand Pavilion soon!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was nicely decorated and in a good location. We were close to the beach and the new pool. There was a lot of beach equipment to use which was nice. The owners were easy to work with and checked in to make sure there was not anything we needed during our stay.

This house was perfect in every way. The location is perfect between the ocean, Grand Pavilion and Sweet Grass pools. Our teenagers loved playing bocce in the lawn behind the house. The house has everything you could possibly need and the owners were wonderful to work with. Cant wait to go back.

24 Grand Pravillion was just perfect. The home is well appointed with quality furnishings that make you feel at home. The back door is steps away from the beach and all of the action the resort has to offer. The property is nestled down a quiet oak lined cul-de-sac. We drank our coffee every morning on the screened in porch on the main level of the home and watched the ocean roll in. We stayed a week over Memorial Day weekend. Everything within the resort was open and ready to serve the guests.

This house was great for our family! The house is very nice...the pictures do not do it justice! It is a great location on a cul-de-sac and very close to the beach and boardwalk. The owners were great to work with as well. We would definitely stay at this house again!

The pools are taking reservations for a 3 hour interval a day....I wasn’t told prior to our stay and this was frustrating. I would call Wild Dunes before going to check restrictions on pools, tennis, etc.
