The neighborhood The neighborhood is a short 2 block walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Less than a mile from Boca Raton. Getting around Uber, Lyft, Cabs, private car service and the famous water taxis are available if you decide not to rent a car during your stay. There is ample parking for 5 cars at the home (circular driveway). Other things to note If you are having an event, party or a gathering larger than 8 people you must notify the owner prior to booking as special events insurance is required. In addition, for parties and events there is a 2 night minimum. IF YOU HAVE AN EVENT OR MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE AND DO NOT NOTIFY OWNER THEN YOUR DEPOSIT IS AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED. The beachside is very breezy which causes some debris in the pool. The pool gets professionally cleaned every Wednesday, but in the meantime there is a pool scooper on the north side of the house if you need it. Check out time is 10 am. For each additional or part of an hour after 10 am there is a fee of $50/hour charge. This is due to additional maids needed to clean in a shorter amount of time.
