This pet-friendly haven offers two comfortable bedrooms. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, ample closet space, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a modern shower. The second bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a queen bed and a fun bunk bed, plus a dedicated workspace for remote work or online learning. Both bathrooms are well-equipped with amenities for all ages, including a highchair, pack n' play, baby monitor, and toys for little ones. On-site laundry facilities, beach supplies, and more ensure a relaxing and unforgettable stay. Located on a quiet street with easy access to all necessities, Deerfield Beach charms with its beautiful beach, delicious restaurants, and iconic International Fishing Pier. Book your stay today and create lasting memories at this tropical paradise! Things to Note: There are some great restaurants and amenities within walking distance. We do recommend having a car or guests can use services like Uber or Lyft to get around. Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY. Must be 30y/o or older to book. UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK. ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM. NO EVENTS: This includes any bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, holiday, engagement parties, or any work meetings. Pool & Hot Tub There is an additional cost of $60/day for pool heating. Please let us know prior to your arrival (at last 24hrs) if you would like the pool heated or cooled during your stay. For the pool to be heated we require at least a 24 hour notice ahead of time and a daily resort fee to use that facility. Pets: We allow up to 3 pets and charge a non-refundable pet fee per pet. That fee depends on the breed and size of the pet. Please pick up after you pets and keep them off the furniture if possible. The backyard is fully fenced. *Please note it is Florida and with the warmer wet climate there are mosquitos and sometime bugs that may come in or around the home. We do have a pest control service the property monthly but please take precautions and use bug repellent. There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm and we ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10pm be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside. We really enjoyed our stay here, the oustide pool, spa and tiki hut make it hard to leave on nice days. The location is great and close to everything you could need and only a quick few minutes drive to the beach. Would stay here again.

This house has everything we needed - the updated appliances, towels for the pool, kid’s plates, cups, and utensils and toys! Everything was clean and tidy. We loved the amount of fans in the house, especially during summer in FL. The neighborhood was quiet and we the house was perfectly cozy! The beds were comfy and we had a blast in the pool! They even had extra floats in their outdoor storage. There were plenty of lights to enjoy dinner in the backyard. We brought our 15 month old and we’re happy to know they had an option for a fence around the pool and a pack & play! It was the perfect vacation spot for our daughter and us! I will be renting here again if we go back to visit our grandma!

This property exceeded my expectation as well as the group I stayed with! The backyard is truly amazing and the perfect place to kick back and relax. Indoors also was beyond what I expected! I would suggest this to many, and this property should be a model for many others. The hosts were responsive in a quick and easy manner with no hassle. Thanks to all who helped!

House pool and jacuzzi would have been wonderful if a voice didn't come saying for example "FRONT DOOR OPEN!!" everytime ANY door or window was opened. Obnoxious. The backyard has several cameras and motiion detector flood light that went on anytime you went near the jacuzzi. Very hard to relax in jacuzzi in evening because every time you moved an inch a flood light would come on over your head. If you don't mind some Big Brother vibes or if you have small children near the pool you will be thrilled with this property.

This house was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Fans and TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the comfortable living area. The highlight is the backyard, with a large pool, jacuzzi, grill, and Tiki hut with TV and fire pit. The property managers were very responsive before and during our stay. Deerfield Beach is a great area - a nice neighborhood with the beach close by, along with lots of dining and shopping.

This place is BEAUTIFUL! they had everything you could need and so much more.. beach towels, utensils, blender, coffee, dishes, sheets, EVERYTHING. The host sharleen was so attentive and kind to us! (Even dealing with the storm) I will continue to go back here. They are great. (Would be awesome for kids too they had pack and plays, toys, etc etc).

My husband and I were chaperones for (4) 18 year olds for spring break. Location was perfect - every morning I walked to the beach (only 1 mile to beach, an easy walk), lots of restaurants very close by, lots of beach towels were provided, house was in working order - no problems, lovely decor, backyard was awesome: pool, hot tub, and a tiki hut with lights, couches, tv, fan, and table firepit - this area was the teenager hangout all week!! I even talked to the nice owner and the management company was very nice too. I especially liked the automatic front door lock - no key needed. The neighborhood was very friendly and clean. I will definitely come back to this house. Deerfield Beach was also clean and lively.

We spent a week at this hidden gem. Your 8 mins away from the beach. Publix, Walgreens, target, sprouts grocery store, Starbucks, Walmart & Aldi all within a 5-10min drive. We drove to Boca raton (10mins) and hopped on the Brightline High speed train one day and went to Miami…highly recommended this vs battling traffic! We loved the amenities in this home. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, the backyard was the biggest highlight. We swam everyday, watched a couple movies under the tiki and grilled out a couple times. We will be back!

This house was was very comfortable. It was spacious and clean. The pool and yard were great. There is even a tv in the palapa in the yard. It is really well equipped for families with small children; although we were all adults (college kids and parents!). We hardly left the house as we were so comfortable! We will definitely be renting this house again! That is how much we liked it!
