About this cabin rental
The Bear's Den is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin decorated in Bear motif and located approximately 1/2 mile off of the Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Whether its shopping, dining, shows, or amusement parks, we are near it all. We are just minutes from The Island, Dollywood, Splash Country and Downtown Gatlinburg. Leave your worries at home, all you need to bring is your clothes, toiletries and food. We supply all the linens, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and dish detergent with every rental. Relax in the den watching a 42' flat screen HDTV with a sound bar located above the gas fireplace. It is equipped with over 150 cable channels with selective on-demand movies available 24/7. Free Wi-Fi is also available for your computer and gaming needs. There is an arcade style gaming system with 9 different games to play. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils needed to cook a delicious meal in the comfort of our/your home. There is a screened in porch located off the den where you can sit outside without bugs carrying you away. A gas grill and a table and 4 chairs are also located on the screened porch where you can enjoy a meal and the fresh mountain air. At the end of the day, wind down from a busy day in the hot tub. The bedroom has a 32' flat screen TV with a DVD player and a king size bed. It is a Master suite with a Jacuzzi tub and an electric fireplace located in the bedroom to create a romantic ambiance along with a separate full bathroom. Walk outside of your room to sit and relax on your very own porch or play Foosball for some fun. A Washer/Dryer is available if you need to wash clothes during your stay. There is an iron as well as a hairdryer for your use. The cabin is conveniently located inside the city limits but has great mountain views in the resort. A swimming pool is available during the summer months. The roads to our cabin are easily accessible year round. Please inquire for pricing. The price quoted is an average nightly rate. Pricing changes based on season, holidays and weekends. Overall, property was everything you would want in a log cabin near the mountains. However, owner was not prepared for emergencies. When we got there both TV's were not working because of a recent power and cable outtage. Not owners fault, however when we contacted her, she did not have a handyman near property for emergencies. She tried to talk us through trying to get them on. Finally figured it out for myself. Also instructions were not in cabin for other things such as thermostat.Overall cabin was great, but absentee owners need to be more prepared.

This quaint cabin was a wonderful getaway in a safe and beautiful neighborhood close to the main parkway and dollywood. What it lacked in spaciousness made up in idyllic log cabin charm. Theres not alot of closet space or bathroom or kitchen counter space so i cant imagine sleeping more than 2 people even though we found a rollaway in the closet i dont know where you would put it. The hot tub was a really nice touch, the dishwasher didnt work and it could have been cleaned better, the floors werent swept very well and the kitchem counter and stove werent wiped down all the way but over all it was a very pleasant experience. We never figured out the t.v. remotes completely but we werent there to stay inside so that was ok. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful i would definitely stay in that area again.

Overall nice little cabin. Could use a good dusting and up grade on the front steps and door locks. Had a nice stay, Property owner was very responsive to messages and polite.

A beautifully presented cabin for 2 with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the amenities in Pigeon Forge but a great place to use as a base. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying with our 5 and 2 year old. They especially enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The location of the cabin was close to everything but away from the hustle at the same time. We can’t say enough good things about this cabin and the hosts! Thank you!

We had an amazing time the cabin was in a great location and not steep wasn't a nervous wreck going to it . It had a hot tub and plenty of towels. The dishwasher was a little wacky, but we didn't use it . Pretty secluded to not be too high up. Didn't see any wildlife just a racoon. Defiantly want to go back.

The cabin was absolutely perfect and located just a few minutes from a variety of attractions. It was such an easy process to check in and the host was great. We will definitely be staying here again!

Cabin was wonderful, only complaint is when you turn on hot tub, settings button does not work and the jets actually shot the water out of the hot tub and them temp went to 110 degree and not able to adjust. There were beer bottles left from last tenant. Location was great, other than the little things mentioned, it was a great stay.

Wonderful stay. Moments from downtown Pigeon Forge. Nice touches throughout. Arcade game to bring back memories, hot tub, garden tub and foosball table to complete the activities. Thanks for making the trip a true pleasure.

Did not stay there at all called Vrbo when I arrived talked to practice he transferred me to the owner of the cabin I told her we would not be staying our eyes were burning noticed the filter was fifty dirty sock in the floor and old food in the fridge I took pictures of all this someone needs to refund me my money back.

Location was spot on. Close to everything. Quite location. Check in was a breeze. The wifi password is correct in the one that she emails you. The one in the book at the cabin isn't updated. Hot tube was working well and relaxing. Arcade was fun! TV's worked good. King bed was comfortable but it's not a motionless mattress. Plenty of bath towels and toilet paper. She had a lot of touches that were extra that were appreciated. The only thing that I would change is the thermostat settings. The downstairs bedroom is a little warmer at night but the thermostat is set to not go below 69. Which sounds cool enough but we got warm every night. Besides that, we really enjoyed this cabin!

We really enjoyed the peacefully quiet cabin and we were just a quick drive away from the main road to where all of the stores and shops were located. It was just what we were looking for. It could use some new appliances, but worked well enough to get by. Wouldn’t let that stop me from renting here again. The hot tub was great too!

We were able to check in a little early after arriving in town sooner than expected. The cabin was perfect for my husband and I for a weekend away. Everything was clean and in working order. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about this cabin and were truly blown away compared to other experiences with vacation rental homes. I’m honestly nervous to even write a positive review, because I hope to stay again in the future without it being completely booked up! The black bear theme was adorable, the hot tub was amazing for a 30 degree weekend, and the location was amazing.

We had a nice time there. The hot tub was a plus. A little better lighting in the upper level would have been nice. Filled salt and pepper shakers shouldn't be too much to ask for either. However, I would recommend this place and use its again if we ever head down that way again.

The down stairs bedroom was like a refrigerator. We could not get it warm. The cabin and location was great. Didn't like that the bedroom was downstairs.
