apart from size and location, very bad

Conveniently located enough so you can walk around the city. Big apartment to accommodate large groups and reasonably-priced (~30 EUR/pax/night in March). The host was responsive to our request for more towels and blankets and we had no problems finding and getting into the accommodation (code). We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor, 3 nights.

The apartment is so noisy: from inside (so much echo from the empty hallways), from neighbors (through the walls), and from the traffic outside (especially trash trucks in the morning). Yet there is a "Quiet hours" policy. The mattress was rock hard and the pillows were too thin. We had to ask for more blankets because there weren't enough for all the rooms and there was no heating except the AC, so it was very cold at 10 degrees Celsius at night. Cleaning left much to be desired: stained sheets and pillow cases, towels looked bad, dusty floors (there were no rugs and no slippers provided), and we had a serious issue with cockroaches (3 in 3 days, one of which was on my nightstand - see photos). The description and photos from the apartment are inaccurate. There is no more living room, it was turned into another bedroom, so you have an apartment that fits 13 people with nowhere to sit (the kitchen was very small and had only 4 seats at the table, and apart from this, there was a table on the balcony). There was just one towel per person, unlike the photos - we had to ask for more. We also had to ask for more toilet paper and we were still brought too little and had none left at the end. There are no other napkins provided on premises. There is a problem with the lock on the bathroom on the hallway, and the shower doesn't drain well. We did not ask for any refund although it was a terrible experience. I have written all of this hoping they will fix these problems. The apartment looked way better in the photos than in real life and I still think it has potential (especially because of the size and location in the city).

Big house, good position and great support of the owner

The apartment was very nice, clean and with all the amenities to grant a good stay for big groups (we were 12 people)

We had an issue due to a lack of communication of the code to enter, but the owner did as much as possible to fix it and we really appreciated that

Don’t rent

1) one WC was broken the whole time, wouldnt flush with smell etc. and the owner didnt seem to care about fixing it for 5.days 2) constructionwork outside the bedroom walls with concretebreaking machines from 08.00-19.00 for 4.days.... not much rest orvsleeping in our holiday 3) one patiodoor couldnt be locked for the first 2.nights with easy acces for burglary. 4. Owner has 2 suveilance cameras inside apartment... propably not legal. 5) bad attitude and broken promises by owner about fixing things etc..... seems only to care about collecting $$$$. 6) Can’t recommend this property to anyone

Abbiamo alloggiato in 9, appartamento spazioso, con aria condizionata in ogni camera. Pulito e accogliente. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il boiler dell' acqua e il proprietario ha risolto tutto molto velocemente.

Séjour simple et efficace Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet appartement et tout s’est bien déroulé. Le logement est pratique, bien organisé et conforme à ce qui est annoncé. L’accès est facile et les instructions étaient claires, ce qui rend l’arrivée très fluide. L’emplacement est un vrai point fort, idéal pour se déplacer sans difficulté. Une bonne option pour un séjour en ville.
