Nestled in Cape Coral, this lovely villa for $390 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. VILLA ULTIMA is a 'MAGAZINE COVER' home. This custom-built LUXURY VILLA features an open floor plan with a grand 23 foot two-story high 'Great Room' and kitchen area that totally opens through sliding glass doors to the lanai and large heated pool (electric & solar heat). Located 7 houses east of Chiquita on SW 58th St in exclusive Southwest Cape Coral, Villa Ultima is adjacent to the new Cape Harbour development with marina, 3 restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within a 3 minute walk. This location on a wide canal with a large dock provides sailboat and powerboat access to open water in less than ten minutes. There are no bridges or locks blocking your access to the Gulf which takes about in 10 minutes or less by boat to Tarpon Point Marina and the Westin Hotel. There are great boats available in the area at very good prices and most will deliver to our dock. You will need to reserve a boat well in advance during the high season. Decorator furnishings, gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, and media room with full audio/visual components make this a house for total entertainment. Four widescreen HDTV's, 4 DVD's including 1 Blue Ray and 2 VCR's with free cable access to all premium channel including sports channels, plus 5 wireless phones, fax, and Dell computer and laser printer with free high speed Cable Internet access with a 4 port Linksys router and Wi-Fi access complete your home in paradise. The first of 2 large safes located in the Kitchen Store Room allows guests to set the lock/unlock code for your valuables, laptops, etc. The Master Bedroom located on the upper floor off the mezzanine has a king bed and a large bathroom with a shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub. The second of 2 large safes located in the Master Bedroom Closet allows guests to set the lock/unlock code for your valuables, laptops, etc. The gound floor has the second and third ensuite bedrooms, a guest bathroom and the rest of the living space. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and 'en suite' bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has a king size bed and also an 'en suite' bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom located on the upper floor next to the masterbath has a queen bed providing comfortable total accommodations for eight people. There is also a day bed with a pull out trundle bed that sleeps 2 more on the mezzanine as well as a couch on the mezzanine that holds a foldout twin bed for an eleventh person. The fourth bathroom (guest bath) including a shower is located between the second and third bedroom on the ground floor and has access from the main living area as well as the pool/lanai. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. The owners were in touch to make sure everything was simply perfect, and it absolutely was perfect. The pool is amazing, the boat dock has ample room for two boats. It was great to just walk to the end of the street to restaurants, bars, and shops. We will return! The house comes with lots of pool, toys, barbecue, bicycles, and a list goes on! So much fun.

The title says it all- absolutely the ultimate in a Florida vacation. The pool is huge & warm, garage is full of toys(fishing poles, bikes, beach umbrella & chairs) . Great location- we walked to the bait shop & Tiki bar plus restaurants & shops. 4 families with room for all. Truly an ultimate villa.

The home is welcoming, spacious, clean and just all around lovely. The neighborhood is very nice and pretty quiet. The owners provide everything you might need for an enjoyable Gulf Coast vacation, whether it be at poolside, beach side, for fishing or biking. The home is located a few minutes walk from Cape Harbour where we enjoyed some lunches and dinners on waterfront patios at three different restaurants, in addition to being able to shop for special treats ( French Press), clothing and gifts. We enjoyed a daily swim or two in a nice sized heated pool. When we didn't dine out, we found the home is well equipped for every cooking need, and when we wanted to stay in for the evening the home offers many media options. Lastly, I would like to thank Ed and Karin for thorough pre-check-in information, their prompt response to any questions we had, and for contacting us after our arrival to be sure that everything met our expectations and ask if there was anything that we needed. Will be returning to this home next year !!! Barbara and Ben

We loved the house! It was roomy, very clean and the pool was great. Walking distance to some great live music and food! It was a bit of a drive to the beaches, but that was no problem at all. We had a blast!!

What a wonderful experience. The house was perfect and as nice as it looks on the pictures. To us, it was even more important to see the neighborhood was equally nice. We felt safe, comfortable and like being at home. There is a beautiful dock where we had a rental boat delivered so we could explore the waterways and islands nearby. The screened in pool with a grill was just amazing. Our kids were in the water from morning until night every day. No bugs to worry about! There were books and games for a rainy day too,. We really enjoyed the music system throughout the house and used it all the time. Not to be overlooked, the owners were possibly the best part. It was like staying with family. They helped with the arrival process and touched base several times throughout the week to make sure everything was ok. Having rented homes for the past decade, you run into all types. These owners should be giving seminars on “how to” be in the rental industry. Truly a great experience.!!!

This property is everything you see in the pictures and more! Ed and Karen are wonderful to work with, and their home is absolutely gorgeous - very clean and organized! We had a group of 10 staying with more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. This property is situated in a great location and is everything you could need for an unforgettable tropical vacation - we would definitely stay again!!!

We’ve stayed in Cape Coral multiple times and this was our favorite house by far. Ed and Karen were great and so easy to work with. The house was amazing and a great layout for two families with young kids. They had a high chair, pack-n-play and crib for us to use. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, pool toys, and seating outside on the lanai. Two refrigerators with ice makers was great for storing all of our food and drinks for the week. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock with the provided fishing poles. We can’t wait to stay here again.
