Indian Rocks Beach is such a tranquil beach community. As soon as you arrive you can't help but feel all your stresses drift away. The water, the sun, long walks in the white sand and end your day watching the beautiful sunset. One Bedroom with queen bed plus queen size pull out sofa in the living room. **This apartment is on the second floor. We do not have an elevator. We have two other one bedrooms listing on VRBO. We loved our recent stay! Perfect location for the beach as it’s just steps away and very convenient to the main road with restaurants and other amenities. It was clean, well stocked, and had a home feel to it. The only thing I wish it had more of was hot water. It’s a very small tank and hard for two people to shower right after each other. Other than that it was a great place and I would stay here again!

This was our second stop on our road trip. The apartment is very clean and in a good location. We walked to a couple of restaurants and the beach is about 1 min away. We will stay here again

We were really happy with our choice of Gulf Breeze Inn. It was comfortable and charming, with a great location at the beach. Short walk to restaurants, and lots of nearby parks and beaches to visit.

This place was great. We could see part of the beach from our upstairs window. The walk to the beach was short. The interior was perfectly beachy. The place was clean and well kept. The location is off the beaten path. Even though there was a major road, it was quiet in the evening. Being very familiar with the area helped as I knew where to go for just the right stuff. Definitely do this again.

We really enjoyed our quick 5 day stay! Extremely clean. Covenient to everything...restaurants and beach just a short walk. Short drive to anything else. I misunderstood some of the reviews and thought we could see the beach/water from our balcony, but you can't. However, it's just a quick walk (maybe 2 minutes) to the Public Beach. There were very nice beach chairs for us to use! We really appreciated them! Bed was very comfortable and so was the recliner in the living room. No issues with the WiFi for my husband who had to do some work. We didn't use the kitchen but seemed to be well stocked with anything you would need. We enjoyed dinners at Keegan's Seafood Grille, Groupers on the Gulf and Beach Waves. Great service and decent food. Good coffee and very short walk every morning to Cafe Paris Bakery. Tasty pastries too! I would recommend avoiding VIP Mexican. TERRIBLE food and service and extremly overprized for what you get (or don't get). Easy drive to St. Pete's. We went to the Sunken Gardens...highly reccommend! Another easy, short drive was to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. So many shopping & ice cream choices! Park down the road and rent bikes. Parking was difficult to find a spot and expensive. Thanks for letting us stay!

The unit was gorgeous and very accommodating for all of our needs. Indian Rocks Beach is a gorgeous town with great food, gorgeous beach. It is a short drive from clearwater, johns point and Tampa; all while avoiding the tourism crowds when you want to relax.

We enjoyed our stay here, and the property was very clean. We got upgraded to a bigger unit for free since there was someone staying in the unit we rented. It was a little confusing, but they quickly got it sorted out and we were very happy with our place. It was right next to the beach and extremely clean. The property manager who lives there is very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

You can't beat the location. Everything is a walk, trolley or short uber ride away. Steps from the beach. See ya next year!!!

The place was literally steps from the beach which made sunset watching easy. We were even able to watch it on the balcony one night. Easy to carry stuff to the beach too being so close. Bed was comfy. AC was a bit challenging to figure out how to work but we got it. Few downsides: not enough linens were provided but we were able to wash some with provided detergent just not something we expected to do. the bathroom should really have a vent or accessible window. Air flow is minimal in there and it’s not comforting to have to leave everything open to air out. I would also recommend a hand held sprayer in the shower. The small nozzle makes it hard to wash the sand away. Overall, very nice spot and given the few changes are made, I’d stay here again.

Perfect little beach cottage just steps away from the Gulf and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Cottage offered everything that we needed to relax on the beach. Will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

This is a wonderful little place. Very clean, lovely vintage beach charm and just a few feet away from the beach board walk. To top it all off several great restaurants within a very short walk! We were there for three nights and didn't have to get in our car once. Our kind of vacation! Highly recommend Beachwaves and Keegan's. If you visit Keegan's their key lime pie is a must!!! But, back to the rental unit. As I said, extremely clean, well stocked and very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

We spent thanksgiving in unit 4 and enjoyed walking a few blocks to local restaurants. The seafood is excellent! I would rate everything a solid 5 stars except I prefer a softer bed. If you like a firmer mattress you’ll love it :) thank you for a great stay!!! Highly recommend!

The properly was adequate for our needs. We have realized, over time, that we really prefer to have a pool available for a stay at the beach, so that will be what we need to look for in future trips.

This was my second time staying at this property with my daughter. We love everything about the property..location to the beach, clean and cute property, no hassle check-in. We had a tropical storm coming in while we were there both the owner and property manager checked on us❤. We can't wait to go back!!

This place is super cute! We stayed in a 1 bd 1 bath upstairs apartment that is just a very short walk to the beach. Having the one parking space was a blessing because parking spaces near the beach are limited. We only had to move the car if we decided to go to a restaurant or store more than a few miles away. We literally walked everywhere because it was close to plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cute, quaint cottage type stay that is just a couple hundred feet from the beach. We will stay here again!
