Nestled in Princeville, this attractive condo for $386 per night is a great choice for your next break. In the heart of Princeville, this 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo includes new stainless steel appliances, A/C, covered lanai with fantastic pool and mountain views. This unique unit also offers an attached garage, and steps to the pool and fully equipped fitness center. Fun but comfortable furniture. New decor, dishes, high quality towels and sheets. All the luxuries of a hotel with the amenities of a home. Living room area has a flatscreen tv, , DVD player and movie collection for your use. Dining area has capiz shell chandelier, and a beautiful rattan table with seating for 4-6. MB has a Tommy Bahama King bed with new $10K mattress, flatscreen TV, view of mountains, and a large master bath. The master bath includes a large soaking tub and shower.. BR 2 has a flatscreen t.v with a king bed and private bath. BR 3 has a queen bed, with an adjacent bath. All rooms have ceiling fans in addition to central A/C. Additionally, this condo offers plenty of large windows and four sliding glass doors to feel the island breeze. Steps from our lanai you have access to BBQ, waterfall pool and jacuzzi. We offer lots of toys in the garage, including four adult beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, surfboards, chairs and umbrellas. Parking is adjacent to the building. Walk to the Princeville Shopping Center for restaurants, coffee, shopping, farmers markets, and live music. Clean well appointed condo in quiet part of Princeville. Excellent communication from owner, well stocked kitchen, everything needed for great stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards provided, big bonus.

We stayed at the property in November 2023. The host provided excellent communication including suggestions for activities. The property was great and well supplied. We were always able to find a parking spot nearby downstairs.

Our Family of five (Adults ages 31 - 66) had a Vacation of a lifetime! It was all possible because we found a homebase that met all of our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us to share meals, games, and dancing. Whether we were planning the next day or relaxing by the beautiful pool, space was never an issue; there was also plenty of room for us to each have alone time when needed. The Condo was exactly as promised, and Laurie was quick to answer all questions, prior to and during our stay. Even better, our Hostess was generous with suggestions on everything! We were so comfortable in this beautiful Property that we all referred to it as "Home" by day two! TY so much Laura! With your help, kindness and knowledge, this trip was honestly my Dream Come True!

Laura was an excellent host. Entry into the condo was easy and she had spices in the kitchen for basic cooking.
Several good quality fans were available for those that like fan noise or need a little extra cooling power. The patio was our favorite part! Great place to chill and relax. Laura provided excellent instructions and information in her arrival packet. It helped us a ton to find the best local restaurants quickly. And beach locations.

Decor was cute and also comfortable. Beds comfortable and nice to have 2 King choices and one queen for adults.(instead of twins that you find often)
Would absolutely stay here again and hope to stay longer in the future! Kudos to an excellent VRBO host.

Beautiful , clean and well equipped unit. Property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Our family enjoyed the lawn chairs and bikes. Property owner provided wonderful info on nearby activities and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

The property is in a nice location. I have been to the island before and this was very different than other places. We had a little trouble finding the specific unit but drove around enough until we found it.
The unit itself suited our needs. We had a crawling baby so we noticed things left by previous guests on the floors that had been missed in cleaning, but we just kept a closer eye out.
My only real issue was that it felt frustrating to communicate with the property owner. In my initial inquiry I had asked a question that didn’t have a response. Then shortly before the reservation I asked about an issue brought up in a previous negative review just to see if it had been resolved (it was about the a/c not working - it did, there’s just a hot bedroom with fans - no big deal). I had an immediate response explaining the situation and defending against a difficult guest. I rented a crib from a service on the island (Note - the unit has a portable crib. Had she responded I would have known that.). After arriving, I was contacted about getting it out by a certain time. I contacted the rental company and found out she had also made it very clear to them. I contacted the property owner again to let her know that they took her own instructions and would have it out, I didn’t get a response and never heard from her again. It just felt like she only responds when it suits her. Not a huge deal, just felt a bit off putting.

The property is in a great location. We were very comfortable even though one of the bedrooms does not have A/C. We enjoyed our stay & used the hot tub/pool several times. The host was easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

Accommodations in condo were good. A bit dated, but nice. Only disappointment, was one bedroom had no AC. There were fans for room, but felt like hot air. We made the best of it! Patio needed fitted cushions for dining chairs, would have been nice. Overall, comfortable condo for a family. We loved the beds, very comfortable! We loved the pool & jacuzzi!

This property exceeded my expectations ! Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Sitting on the beautiful lanai overlooking the pool was a great way to start and end each day. We used the bikes provided for evening rides around the golf course and to Princeville Center. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Kauai.

Laura’s place was a comfy and clean place to come back to after our active days in Kauai. The kitchen and garage had many amenities and gear needed for cooking and taking with us for a day at the beach. Also the beds and couch were very comfy (very important to me). Princeville/Hanalei are some of our favorite places in all the islands we’ve been to and we’d love to come back.

This was our third stay at the Plantations in Princeville. These are wonderful units and perfect with three bedrooms. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels and many beach items available to use in the garage. A relaxing and wonderful stay, as usual.

Laura was a wonderful hostess for this beautiful and spotlessly clean property. We enjoyed the view from our lanai and ate most meals out there. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool in the evening when we got home. Laura gave us a list of restaurants and things to do that was very helpful. The property is located in a gorgeous area. This was a great stay! The condo is well equipped, beds are very comfortable & the lanai is terrific. The complex offers a pool & hot tub & is conveniently located to downtown Princeville & a short drive to Hanelei/Hanelei Bay. The property manager is amazing & responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was represented accurately in the listing and probably has the best view from the deck of any unit is this complex. Facing west you see the Napali coast in the distance and overlook the pool. It is on the top floor of the 2 story unit. The owner was very responsive, providing tips for our stay on Kauai which were immensely helpful.

We were a family of 5 with 3 young adult kids. Everything was as advertised and the communication and care of our host Laura was the best I have ever experienced. Thank you Laura! We had very bad weather for most of the week but the Condo made up for that. Loved the covered lanai, could have all our meals outside even though it was raining. The use of the bikes and beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards ext was very nice. We will definitely return!

The condo was very comfortable for the 6 adults in our family. It is located located right off the pool, hot tub and grill area.We really enjoyed the lanai and having our meals outside.The plantation neighbor was nice and very convenient to all we wanted to do while in Kauai. Best Place for a Family
Laurie's condo is beautiful and huge! Best VRBO we have ever stayed in as a family of 5. The lanai is heavenly. Pool, fantastic. Wonderful fun things in the garage to borrow. Laurie's sends a list of their "favorites " and she is spot on. She is also extremely helpful and quick to reply. LOVED EVERY MINUTE!

Beautiful Stay in Princeville
I knew that Princeville was a little more remote when I booked the condo and a decent drive to many of the activities we were wanting to do on the island. So, we were prepared for some driving during our stay. And, we loaded up on groceries after landing at the airport that first day so we'd be "set". "Shopping" isn't our thing, so not having tons of shops close by was a non-issue for us. It was a great price for what we wanted in a place to come "home" to while on the island. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've had in a stay like this. The scenery was delightful. It was very easy to access my favorite spot on the island (Haena State Park/the Napali Coast). My only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay!
We had so many activities scheduled that we hardly got to make use of the many "extras" available through the condo in our week there. The cooler was GREAT--We DID use it pretty much every day! My daughter and I only used the bikes once though. And we didn't have as much time to boogie board/surf or snorkel--Did I mention, I should have booked a longer stay?? All that is on ME though. I'm not sure I would have really ever wanted to leave! The family had a GREAT time! Laurie was AMAZING at communicating and giving us information about the island--places to go and things to do. I would definitely stay here again (if someone else hasn't already snatched up the time)!

Exactly what we were looking for
Property is secluded, quiet and well maintained. Two king size beds was the selling point for us since we were traveling with the grandparents. Boogie boards, chairs, cooler and other needed items in the garage also a huge plus. Property owner was very responsive to messages and questions.

Lovely condo!
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. Each morning we enjoyed breakfast on the lanai and the kiddos enjoyed the pool. The beds are exceptional. Expect to sleep well on soft linen and comfortable mattresses. Looking forward to our next visit.
