Nestled in Estes Park, this lovely condo for $119 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. (6152) Your all-season retreat in the heart of Estes Park. Affordable luxury and great downtown location, open year round. On the ground floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a NON-SMOKING, NO PETS, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thompson river and Fall river. Newly renovated and furnished, this unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the bedroom (queen bed) and maybe a child or two on the sofa bed located in the living room, next to the fire place. The living room has a build-in gas fireplace, a cozy couch, free cable and also lots of DVDs to choose from for a very nice romantic evening. One bath with shower, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). Condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee Pot, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, pots and pans. All you need to bring is your food, your favorite recipes and special spices/ingredients. In the loft are provided also full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. WiFi internet and cable channels provided. Walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter. Area family activities include: hiking, horseback riding, fishing, wildlife watching, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, local festivals, art shows, movie theater, miniature golf, swimming and much more. Estes Park also provides a wide variety of shopping opportunities, including many local art galleries and restaurants, including its very own Estes Park Brewery. Free shuttle service to town and RMNP is available just steps from our door all summer long. With only a couple minutes to downtown Estes and less than a 2 mile drive to the park entrance, this loft has the perfect location to meet all your vacation needs. ***We highly advise every traveler to purchase cancellation insurance, in case you need to cancel before your trip. We will honor our cancellation policy.*** Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation. There is no refund if the cancellation is made less then 30 days upon arrival. Ella and Lucien are amazing hosts! They responded to all questions and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is outstanding. Walking distance to many places to shop and eat. Right outside of Rocky Mountain National Park. This was our second stay and we will definitely consider it again in the future!

Great hosts, beautiful loft just 5 min walk from downtown Estes.....Start to finish there was nothing I was lacking, Ela and Lucian responded to requests or questions right away, they got me in the unit early. Anything you need is furnished and stocked - I work for Marriott, and Ela and Lucian do hospitality as it is supposed to be done! I will be a regular guest of theirs whenever I am in EP. If you see their unit available, book it! You will become a regular also :)

Loved our one night stay at your loft in Estes! It was clean and comfortable for my wife, our infant, and myself. The location is also great, however the construction going on out in the streets and surrounding area currently is kind of a pain. We would however 100% stay here again!

The room was clean, good communication from the property owner. I slept on the couch and my friend slept in the bed. The couch was comfortable, but just know the outside light shining in the window is a bit bright. Walking distance feom downtown.

Nice condo, and great walkable downtown location in Estes Park. Definitely try the coffee shop/book store across the street! Had an issue with no hot water when we arrived but Lucian was quick to respond and the water heated up after a while. Nice spot to check out when staying near RMNP.

This VRBO was in the perfect location to visit Rocky Mountain National Park and enjoy downtown Estes Park. The condo had wonderful furnishings and lovely decorations. We started our colorado trip with a few nights here and it set the tone for a quintessential mountain escape. I was so happy to discover how walkable the shops and things were from the place. It was quiet, clean and perfect for my husband and I. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Estes!

The location of this property is excellent for visiting all the shops and restaurants in downtown. You can walk across the street and within a couple of minutes you are there. You can hear the river flowing when outside. We had a great time and when we come back we will definitely reserve this place again!

The moment you walked in to the unit it had an odor. The unit was mildly clean. Bathroom just looked dirty. Trim around shower was broken & water leaked. Honestly would not stay again. Positive note- was able to call and speak with manager & had updates when unit was ready & when to checkout.

Amazing downtown location and great apartment. Perfect for visiting the park and within walking distance to everything downtown. Our friends got married at The Stanley and it was only a 20 minute walk. Would stay here again!
