Located in Monarch Beach, this attractive house for $492 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Located in the guard-gated community of Ritz Pointe, this split level home was completely renovated in 2016 to showcase sweeping Catalina sunset views and create an open floor plan ideal for family living. Open concept main living space is perfect for an extended family get away or a couples retreat. Freshly renovated kitchen features Wolf and Subzero appliances, and 8 foot island with seating for 4, beautiful hardwood floors and marble countertops. Living area includes a large custom sofa and a 70" Samsung smart TV. Additional sitting area with gas fireplace is great for reading any time of day or watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean. Expansive La Cantina doors open up the entire back of the house to the newly extended rear deck with stairs down to the back yard, which has also been re-done as of summer 2018. The back yard now offers Restoration Hardware patio furniture, RH fire pit, an outdoor TV, private hot tub, and two patio area heaters. Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen Samsung smart TV, en suite bath with soaking tub, separate shower, double sink vanity and walk in closet. There is a second living area on the lower level with an additional 60" Samsung smart tv, two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ample closet space, a full bath and laundry room. Our home is walking distance to Salt Creek Beach and many other walking/hiking trails. Enjoy the amenities that Dana Point and the surrounding communities have to offer! We are conveniently located adjacent to the recently renovated Monarch Beach Resort and Spa (formerly known as the St. Regis Resort) and one mile from the Laguna Niguel Ritz Carlton. We are also located: 3 miles west of San Juan Capistrano and it historical Mission 5 miles south of Laguna Beach 25 miles from Disneyland in Anaheim 60 miles south of Universal Studios Hollywood and Los Angeles 35 miles north of Legoland California 50 miles north of the San Diego Zoo 60 miles north of Sea World San Diego And so much more!!! Zero yard or hot tub maintenance for the guest to worry about during your stay. We have our yard maintained weekly and hot tub is checked bi-weekly. The hot tub is usually drained, refilled, and PH levels rebalanced before each check-in. This home is perfectly situated to fulfill all of your vacation dreams... family adventures, golfers retreat, relaxing beach oasis or romantic get away!

My husband and I spent 6 weeks here - perfect for us! Main bedroom - good size; bed comfortable. Pillows - feather. Closet - plenty of space for clothes; loads of hangers. Kitchen: everything we needed; appliances - quality & worked well. Downstairs: LG washer and dryer - great. Small family room now has credenza and a couple of hassocks. Nice additions! The bedrooms downstairs are small. One with dresser, the other has drawers attached to the underside of the bed. Drawers (4) take up entire space under bed. Added to bedrooms is room AC. These sit on the floor with tubing that goes to the windows. (Tubing like for dryer vent.) One guest used the AC - good. AC is right beside the bed in the larger room, so bed access from 1 side. AC is not in the way for smaller room. Loved the property and its location. Grandkids played non-stop with kids on the block. One concern: In late afternoon, the sun shines directly into house. On warmer days, house heats up for about 2 hours, even with doors open. Also, glare from sun is bright. We hung white, plastic on windows (static electricity); definitely helped. I would rent again - location, beauty, quality appliances & furniture were excellent. Owner was extremely responsive to any call. Loved being able to get to the walking paths. Were about 0.5 mile to Gelson’s grocery and 1.5 miles to Ralph’s. Trader Joe’s near Ralph’s. Room for 2 cars only. Final note: I’m picky & the home was quite clean in all areas.
