Relaxing and well appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo in the resort style gated community of Ritz Pointe. The condo is located adjacent to the 5 star hotels of the St. Regis and the Ritz Carlton along with the beautifully maintained Monarch Beach Golf Links. Enjoy walking along the scenic trail that takes you from the condo to Salt Creek Beach. This trail winds along parts of the Monarch Beach Golf Links with breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean. It is approximately a 15 minute walk from the condo to the white sands of Salt Creek Beach. Dana Point is centrally located to most of Southern California's major attractions. From a short drive north to Los Angeles or a short drive south to sunny San Diego. Some of the most popular attractions include Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Legoland and some of the best shopping and dining available in Southern California. Take a 5 minute drive to Laguna Beach to enjoy a day strolling trough the art galleries and boutiques of this quaint beach community or take a 15 minute drive to Newport Beach's Famous Fashion Island for a day of shopping. This 1,200 sf single story condo is located on the ground floor. It offers 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The condo has recently been completely remodeled with a new kitchen and new bathrooms featuring upgraded finishes including wood flooring, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and carrara marble. The decor provides you with a relaxing beach atmosphere where you can unwind with all the amenities of home. The family room, and the 2 bedrooms all have Smart flat screen TV's and high speed internet is provided as well. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a dresser and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, a twin bed with a trundle bed below for additional sleeping. This room is equipped with a dresser, a walk in closet, a Wii gaming system with many games and is stocked with many board games for family fun. The guard gated community offers a pool and 3 spas, one of which has amazing ocean views. The condo is perfect for couples or families looking to enjoy a beach getaway. The condo's versatility also allows for 2 families to share the perfect vacation. All the amenities have been thoughtfully considered and provided to ensure the most relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great spot in an Apartment complex in Dana Point. Short ride share to Doheney beach. Inside the unit there is everything you need for the trip. Master bedroom is nice with a nice bed and pillows. The other bedroom can sleep 3 if needed and the couch in the living room is large enough for another.

Perfect location in a gated community. Close to all the beaches and attractions. The condo was very clean and nice. The residents were also very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. We especially enjoyed walking to Salt Creek Beach even though the return trip was mostly an uphill walk. The area is beautiful and we utilized the swimming pool and hot tub daily. The condo has everything one needs to cook meals in the well appointed kitchen. The living room was comfortable and spacious.
My only complaints were the dirty bedroom carpets, stained sheets and patio that could use some cleaning. However, I’m a super clean person so I’m probably more fussy then most. The rest of the condo was very clean.

Everything about this property worked perfectly for us! We were a party of 3 in town to attend the Ohana Fest on Doheny Beach…..perfect location! We were even able to arrive to the property early on check in day and the condo was spotless.

Also, a couple of the ceiling lights do not have fixtures and are bare bulbs. Other than that, the place is well appointed and very comfortable.

I jogged to the beach in the mornings but when we went as a family we drove as it would have been a bit much with kids coolers and toys. There is a beautiful beach right down the street and they have a shuttle that will take you from the parking lot to the beach! Wonderful stay!!

We loved the location to the beach and Monarch Bay Resort. Dana Pt is beautiful..The condo had lots of pluses, but the cons were dirty windows, noise, and lack of light bulbs, but the big thing for us was that it was so dark. The patio didn't get any sun.

The walk to the beach is a bit strenuous but we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The property is beautifully decorated, seems brand new, and impeccably clean. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants close by. We had everything we needed for the beach. Could have used a few more chairs but other than that it was perfectly stocked. There were plenty of board games and video games for kids to enjoy. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Condo with All Amenities
We were so pleased that the condo was very clean and beautifully renovated. Location was convenient to everything so we visited many beaches and areas. The extras were an added benefit: games, beach gear, bathroom/kitchen supplies and condiments. Rob responded immediately to my questions. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Perfect location for SoCal vacation
We loved our condo at Ritz Pointe, it was close to everything, Universal, Disney, beaches, whale watching, shopping, etc. Soaking in the hot tub was great after a long day of adventures. Condo was clean, decorated simply and tasteful, close to pool/hot tub, included parking and had everything we needed. THANKS!!!!

Great Amenities and Location
This was a lovely rental. Furnishings and decor were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances worked well. Really enjoyed the propane BBQ, as we like to prepare many of our meals when we have a monthly rental. Costco, Trader Joe's and Ralphs were within 10 minutes drive or less for our provisions. We loved to walk/hike and found the trail to the ocean an easy trek down and good workout on the way back up. The rental is well situated for exploring the area and even venturing on day trips to San Diego and Huntington Beach.
As others have mentioned previously, the closet space is limited to the front closet and guest bedroom walk-in since the master suite closet is unavailable, however, it is manageable.
Rob was very prompt with any questions we had. We would not hesitate to return.

Excellent location.
We found the condo, very well equipped, clean & tidy, & not lacking anything. Good quality linens, outstanding showers with great water pressure. I walked to Salt Creek beach & my husband used the bike provided. It was a very scenic walk & a lovely beach, no crowds at all. It took me about 20 minutes one way. There are plenty of stores around for grocery shopping, all in all an excellent location. Rob is readily available to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

A wonderful place to stay!
Just returned a few hours ago from the condo. Everything was just perfect. The place is much larger than it looks even in the photos. Very clean, including all linens. A gorgeous 1.2 mi walk to the beach on the path and through the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Thanks!

Great Condo, Great Location, Well Equipped
The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and is well-equipped for a fun, family vacation. Rob was very responsive when setting up the reservation and the entire experience was seamless. We enjoyed the proximity to all of the businesses and beaches around Dana Point. We did make the walk down to the beach on one of the days during the trip but decided it was a little far to go with small children. From that point on we just made the 5 min drive to Salt Creek Beach when we wanted to go. Parking was never an issue and the beach is absolutely wonderful. The condo pool was well-maintained and relatively empty - some trips we were the only family there, but usually there were one or two others. The air conditioning in the condo was nice as well, especially after a 90+ degree day at Disneyland. The highlight for us though (outside of the overall cleanliness) was the array of beach gear provided for use which we enjoyed each day on the beach. I highly recommend the Shwack Beach Grill as a fun, relaxed, family friendly place to eat, but try to go before 6 if you want to get seating on the deck!
