The condo has a completely remodeled kitchen with beautiful quartz counter tops, wood cabinetry and wood flooring. The comfortable living room furniture is great for enjoying TV in front of a cozy fireplace. Light and bright deck wraps around the side of the condo with dining table and chairs. This ground floor space has no stairs and is easy to navigate. All carpeting was removed in 2019 and bamboo floors installed throughout. Very nicely decorated condo, lots of attention to detail, quiet, close to the beach. Parking pass provided for free Salt Creek and other County Beach parking. Beach chairs and other beach equipment provided. Kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials and more. Just a pleasure to stay here. Make sure you find the walking path to the beach through the neighborhood and then through the Monarch Beach golf course. Very scenic.

The unit lived up to the great expectations from the listing. There was everything we needed and more to have a comfortable and nice stay within a mile of the beach. Check in process was simple and communication with the Property Manager was helpful. No issues with the unit or stay, would highly recommend to anyone.

Property was very nice. Close to everything but very quiet. We have stayed at a number of Ritz Point properties over the past 7 years. This was one of the best. Real plus was more parking close to the unit than most other unit there.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Pointe condo. The condo has everything one might need, including a washer and dryer and perfectly out-fitted, convenient kitchen. The decor is bright and cheerful, and everything was immaculate. My only suggestion might be to consider upgrading the king size mattress. Otherwise, we were very, very pleased with our stay, and highly recommend it, including for its location.

Milestone Birthdays
Taking a week to enjoy my family's milestone birthday was less stressful knowing we had such a centralize place to stay. The condo was equipped with everything you need. It was clean, warm and inviting and the reservation process was simple. A definite recommend!

Good location and very clean
We had a lovely time at Carla's condo. The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen is the most well-appointed of any unit we've rented. The beach toys and chairs were a nice touch. There are tons of clean towels and bathmats in the linen closet, also a nice touch. The onsite pool and hot tub are very nice and a quick walk from the condo. The condo is a short drive to Dana Point and the neighboring beaches. Things to note: The condo is the first building on the right (or left, depending on the entrance you use) when you enter the complex. We drove around the first day looking for it. The hot tub overlooking the ocean as it the far end of the complex. If you want to drive, drive to building 38 (I think), at the end of the complex and park there. The hot tub is not on the condo complex map and the directions in the in-unit binder to find it send you on a walk past other people's lawns. The neighboring units have dogs that bark when anyone walks by. From the dining room you can hear the people in the unit above you talking/watching tv. There is a patio, but we didn't use it. The patio and unit is adjacent to other buildings and the path people take to walk their dogs. The condo is a great deal and if you're looking to stay near Dana Point without spending an arm and a leg, Carla's condo is a great place to stay.

Plenty of kitchenware to cook if you choose. The area is great. within a 30 miles radius you can get to many beaches and attractions. Great restaurants close by. Perfect vacation place!
This condo is clean to the nines and fully stocked with all the essentials! It even includes multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and more! The location is perfect, also. Close to many great beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. Would highly recommend this condo!

A perfect place for our family beach vacation
We stayed with our family of 4 (two kids 4 and 7) in August of 2018. This place was exactly as advertised! Beautifully decorated and well kept. A 2 minute walk to the complex pool, which we used each morning and night. We almost always had it to ourselves too! The condo was well equipped for the beach with plenty of chairs and an umbrella. We beach hopped up the coast almost every day. It was an easy drive to Disneyland too! We exclaimed that this was one of the best family vacations yet, in part due to these accommodations. We had one small issue (not worth going into), but Carla was quick to respond and addressed it right away. We'll definitely consider a future stay when we head to the OC again!

Fantastic Property!
Fantastic Property! We traveled with our two kids and loved our experience. having a washer and dryer on site and a full kitchen made it so easy on us vs a hotel. The property is centrally located, it is first floor with easy access, and is very quiet .The pool and hot tub is a 3 minute walk, and one evening we took the bit longer route and found the beautiful "secret hot tub" that overlooks the ocean and the town. We weren't sure what sort of property would be best for us on our 8 day trip to South Orange County with kids... we typically do hotels. Staying here was a great decision for us - because having a fully functional "home base" with separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a big TV made this trip so much better. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 weeks and really enjoyed it! It was exceedingly well furnished and the decor was great! They provided everything we could possibly need! It was very clean and well stocked with linens and paper products! We would highly is property to everyone!
