Our stay at the Monarch Ritz Pointe was fabulous. We've never stayed at this updated condo, but we will now going forward! The place was beautifully updated, very clean with outstanding beds and accommodations. We loved the private patio overlooking Dana Point and its close proximity to salt creek beach. Thank you for such a memorable vacation!

This condo is located near the beach, shopping, restaurants and takeout restaurants. High ceilings and many windows gave it a bright, airy feeling. The unit has been remodeled with the kitchen and bathrooms especially well done. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Parking was close to the unit. We feel quite safe in this gated complex as we have stayed in the complex before. The host was very responsive and access was easy. I would recommend this unit.

This condo is located near the beach, shopping, restaurants and takeout restaurants. High ceilings and many windows gave it a bright, airy feeling. Comfortable, modern, spacious condo with a well-equipped kitchen, walk-in showers and one lower bed. Masters had a frame around the bed, a bit challenging for getting in & out. It was overlooking a busy street! I liked the close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc., and proximity to the harbor and beach.
