Best place in Navajo Dam by far. Great location, very roomy, and very well outfitted. Would highly recommend.

Inside was clean and welcoming, but the portable fire pit outside in back was full of ashes, trash, and cigarette butts. The chairs around the fire pit were dirty and scattered around. I cleaned the fire pit, but then never used it. I also cleaned the chairs. The grill in front needs a new brush, and the fire pit in front has lots of cigarette butts -- I did not clean this one.

Outstanding place for a fishing trip. Well supplied kitchen and bedding and best place to stay cuz it's right on the San Juan river.
