Just walk down a few stairs to the beach and everything is ready and waiting for you. This is an additional $30 per day bonus value that we have prepaid for you!!!!
SPECIAL NOTES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Parking is $40 per car for the duration of your stay.
We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condominium during the rental period.
Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets
Check-in: 3:00 pm, Check-out: 10 am (central time.)
Full payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, please contact your personal insurance agent and inquire about travel insurance.

We enjoyed our stay so much! I would highly recommend this condo, to those with or without children. It was very spacious and just as described. There aren’t enough pictures of the condo, but they wouldn’t do it justice anyway. The condo was absolutely perfect for us! Some patches of peeling paint on the ceiling, but that’s normal wear and tear, especially with all the saltwater and sand everywhere. We had absolutely no issues with parking. Elevator wait times were never longer than just a few minutes, and that only happened a couple of times during peak hours. You won’t regret renting this condo at all! We’ll definitely be back! The view was amazing, and so was the pool/splash area. The room could use some updating. One of the drawers in the dresser in the bedroom didn’t open properly and another had a knob falling off. There were water bottles under the bed from a previous guest. The elevators were also a little crazy. The host was amazing and easy to contact. And the restaurant(s) and shops in property were good!

Beach view was beautiful. Wonderful place to enjoy with children and family. Food was excellent at the grill by the pool. Will definitely stay again. Maybe next time the weather will be pretty.

The entire facility is fairly old. Our room needed repainting, the pool area needs updating but otherwise was acceptable. Not much is provided, BYO coffee
