* Max 8 guests - Minimum age 25 for all unmarried renters
* Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10 a.m. Central Time
* Splash 307E is a no pet, non-smoking condominium
* One time $40 registration fee payable to Splash Resort upon registration, covers parking for one vehicle and arm bands. Additional fee for 2nd vehicle.
* Please be aware that this is a non-smoking resort. Anyone caught smoking anywhere on the property will face eviction and loss of rent and deposit.

Let me just say to begin with i would definitely stay here again. I would not count the sofa bed as a place someone can sleep if you are making sure enough room for your family. The sofa bed is in desperate need of replacing. Couch still fantastic but mattress is done. That said I would still stay here just bring an air mattress for whoever you were gonna have sleeping in that spot. Bring some extra towels for showers! Some are definitely provided I just found it was not enough for us since we were at the beach and taking showers more often than usual! (we did bring our own beach towels as directed) Again not a negative at all, just be aware of it and i do think Vycky makes that clear in her description but I just missed it. Both King Beds are very comfortable and the Bunk Beds were fine too. Bring some pillows from home if you sleep with more than one per person. View is phenomenal. Balcony excellent. Lots of space in the condo, very clean upon arrival. No issues with anything that we needed to reach out for. Go ahead and book the room you won’t regret it!

If you are looking for a beautifully decorated condo, right on the beach, that is close to the “strip” to get some really good meals quickly but far enough away that it is still quiet, this is the perfect place!! The kitchen is stocked well with everything we needed for our stay and the beds were comfortable and we loved that there were so many extra pillows! I really like that there was a broom available for cleaning up the sand. The resort was very clean and safe. The courtesy patrol was on his game checking for bracelets and roughhousing. Overall great stay!
