Our WINDSONG end unit includes over 1505 square foot of living space, which is the most spacious of all the 2 bedroom floor plans at Splash. Both master suites and living area all give way to a massive sized balcony overlooking the Gulf, making this one of the most unique units at Splash. Beautiful view from the balcony, very comfortable seating loved everything about the place and watch the sunset from the balcony every night

The condo itself was very clean. However the property had bugs crawling outside and inside the lobby and grills. It was also noted that parking would be $25 per two vehicles, but when we arrived we had to pay $35 per vehicle and was told the policy changed in January. I messaged the property owner along with proof of the new parking contract. He stated he was not aware of the new policy change but when I asked for my money back since it was falsely stated he never would respond back to me. I sent multiple messages as well and never got a response.
