Cute little house off Patty’s porch. Greetings and belly rubs from Buddy the dog were a highlight! Patty was super friendly and ready with recommendations of restaurants and breweries. Local pottery for sale inside the cottage was very cool. Will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and great location

The cottage is cute and in a lovely setting. Everything was clean and inviting. The distance from town was just right if you’re looking for a place that is not downtown. A nearby Ingles grocery is handy. However, even with just the two of us we found the cottage a little cramped. The small kitchen area is okay for snacks but not for cooking a meal. As an older couple we’ve decided a queen bed is not for us so in the future we will stay only where there is a king bed. But most of all, the stone steps leading up to the cottage were tricky to navigate and not easy to do at night.

My husband and I stayed here on vacation in March 2022 and loved this cute little cabin! Patty had everything we needed and we loved her dog, Buddy! We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful property! Secluded feel but close to town, hiking, the Biltmore. Patty is an excellent host! Exactly what we were looking for!

This was our second time staying at a property with this owner, and once again we were not disappointed. I cannot recommend the cozy cottage enough. It is absolutely perfect for for a quiet getaway. We will be back soon!

Our place was a cute little villa, the property manager, Patty was very pleasant, her dog, Buddy was sweet and friendly. Next time we visit Asheville, NC we would definitely stay at Cozy Cottages.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The pictures don’t make it clear that this cottage is very close (~5 feet) to the property owners residence. Wasn’t a big deal for us but probably not great if you planned on spending a lot of time hanging out at the cottage. Biggest actual complaint was the skylight over the bed with no curtain or blinds making sunrise wake up mandatory. Overall we were satisfied (but not thrilled) for the price we paid.

What a perfect space for a weekend trip to Asheville to visit my nephew. The cottage is easy to get to but could get a little tricky at the end so Patty gave detailed directions to help us find this hidden gem. As others have written, we got a warm welcome from Buddy--he's quite the ambassador for the property! The cottage is immaculate and cleverly designed. The place is like a self-contained tiny house, with everything you could possibly need for your stay, including a comfy bed, full kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, nice size TV with Roku streaming...you name it. Patty has thought of literally everything, and even welcomed us with a bottle of wine--how thoughtful! The cottage has a little deck with seating for 4 and a grill (which we didn't get a chance to use). And down below along the stream there's a firepit and chairs nestled underneath a stand of bamboo. Wow! There's also seating down by the pond. Added bonus, Patty's granddaughter is a local artist who makes pottery, and some of her pieces are on display. We bought a couple of items as souvenirs to commemorate our trip. Next time I'm in the area, the cozy cottage will be my first choice to stay. Enjoy!

Had everything needed for a stay. No cell phone signal, but has internet and could send text. Good host and Buddy the dog was a joy to see with most every return. There is a Roku player for general viewing, but no live TV. Glad I brought my own Roku to watch olympics. We did sit out by the pond one evening. No bugs - isn’t Asheville great! Had a good dinner at Chestnut.

We celebrated our anniversary at the Cozy Cottage. It was the PERFECT place to get away for some rest and relaxation. The cottage was clean, quiet and very cozy. Owner and her dog buddy were very friendly while also gave us our privacy. We will be back!

This was a great place to spend three nights. The cottage was nice and Patty was the perfect host. Would stay here again if we come back to Ashville.
