Located in Ephraim, this charming cottage for $149 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to the Harbor House Guest Cottage, located in the heart of Ephraim, WI! Ephraim, with its sparkling harbor and picturesque landscape, is undoubtedly the crown jewel of Door County's bayside villages. That's where you'll find the the Harbor House Guest Cottage, located on a quiet side street at 9801 Brookside Lane. Our two-bedroom Guest Cottage sleeps a maximum of 5 people - 1 queen bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom (with a full bed on the lower bunk and a twin bed on the top bunk) and one full-size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. The cottage features a large screened-in back porch and has a fully equipped kitchen (with new refrigerator and stove), comfortable living room and dining room, bathroom (fully renovated in Spring 2018) and small front deck. Our cottage also provides a 42" HD flat screen TV with cable and DVD player as well as hi-speed WiFi. All beds have pillows, bedspreads, blankets, sheets, pillowcases and mattress pads. Bath towels are also provided. In addition, we provide our guests with use of a Weber charcoal grill, a private outdoor fire pit, Adirondack chairs and use of 4 kayaks. For those with toddlers, a pack-and-play crib and high chair are available. The Harbor House Guest Cottage is conveniently located approximately two blocks from the Ephraim public beach at 9801 Brookside Lane in Ephraim, WI. Our family loves all that Door County and Ephraim has to offer. We hope you'll make the Harbor House Guest Cottage a part of your next visit to the peninsula! Parties (and decorating for special events) is not permitted. Smoking is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.

We loved our stay. Wonderful couple of day with the sisters! Perfect location and close to everything. Clean house with everything we needed. We would come again! Next time when it’s warmer so we can kayak, bike and swim.

Worked perfectly for 3 friends as a central location to experience all the fun things in the area. House was very clean and well kept, and had everything we needed. Walkable distance to restaurants and the waterfront. We are planning to come back next year.

This cottage had the best location in Door County. We could walk to the town. A Very short walk to Lake Michigan and beautiful sunsets. Peninsula State Park was only 3 miles away . The owners were fabulous with our check in! I would highly recommend this quaint cottage with a beautiful gazebo to enjoy nature. Every night the owls were hooting away…..

This charming little cottage in Ephraim is less than a 7-minute walk from the town beach and less than a mile from Wilson's Ice Cream parlor. Even though it's just off the main drag, the setting is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The screened porch and fire pit make it extra special.

We had a wonderful stay at the Harbor House cottage! It had everything we could possibly want or need! The cottage decor and spaces were perfect! The beds were comfy & everything was clean and accommodating to us in every way! Randy checked in with us both upon arrival & departure through text. Close to everything in the DC-perfect “middle spot” to drive up or down the peninsula to go see everything. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great spot in Ephraim. Owner called to check in on us, and check-in was super easy. Perfect little place for our family of 4. Had our own fire pit area as well. The big main house can we rented separately as well, but we got lucky and it wasn't rented when we were there. Kitchen is well stocked, all dishes and glasses glass/porcelain. Beds are firm. Overall great experience. Only rated a 4 for the beds and a few ants in the kitchen.

This was the perfect property for our family of four! The cottage was very clean and has cute decor. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinner as well as Swedish pancakes for breakfast. The dining and living rooms are spacious, and we used the bright and private screened in porch for eating dinner one evening. The gazebo was a nice bonus, so my teenager son had a place to hangout. We also enjoyed the candy store just a block away. In addition, Randy was super helpful, calling me after check-in to make sure we had everything we needed. We hope to stay there again the next time we visit Door county!

This is a lovely and cozy cottage that is walkable to everything in Ephraim, but still 'away'. It's a great central location for all Door County has to offer. The cottage is well equipped and has all that you need for a comfortable stay. It is small..but the focus is outside anyway, so no worries. Owners were very welcoming. We recommend!

This was a comfortable little cottage in a convenient location for a long weekend with the girls. It was both near town and yet felt secluded. Anything we wanted to do on the peninsula was only a short drive away. We would definitely stay again!

This cottage and surrounding property was very nicely decorated and clean. We felt like we had a lot of privacy tucked away in the woods, but were also just a block or two from the main drag. Communication with the owners was prompt and pleasant. Would definitely rent again.

Everything went so well this weekend! The location was perfect you could walk to the end of the driveway and see the water it was absolutely beautiful! Very clean. This is a lovely, comfortable little cottage on the edge of Ephraim. Nothing in Door County is more than 25 minutes away by car. We made good use of the full kitchen and the wonderful screened in porch. There's a full-size Weber grill that we used a couple of times. The bathroom is small, the shower is tiny, but for the two of us it was fine. On our last evening there was a power outage (nothing to do with the cottage -- a tree fell on the lines a couple blocks away). I sent Randy a text, he got right back to me, contacted Wisconsin Power, kept us updated until the power came back 90 minutes later. Overall impression? We loved it.

We had a great time staying at the cottage for 5 nights. Traveled with husband and our three children (4, 6, and 10). Kids loved the bunk room. We all loved the screened in porch for meals and card games, and the kids loved the tree swing. Great location, Ephraim is a cute town to stay in, and good location for day trips within Door County.

We had a very nice time in this cute cottage. The cottage was clean and in good shape. The location was very nice, walkable to the public beach. The owners were extremely responsive, kind and accommodating. We look forward to renting it again!
