Location, cleanliness, staff is nice, you have a cooler to fill your bottles, smart tv
My AC pulled air from outside from a direction of some kitchen, so a lot of time there was smell of food in the room.
The wifi wasn't so good, it was choppy and many times there was no internet

Great location, easy check in, good value for money.
Noisy, very thin walls so drunk people coming back to their rooms will wake you up as happened with us 4 out of 5 nights; a risk staying in Sairee beach I guess. DO NOT rent a scooter from here, I’d seen reviews that the guy scams people so rented elsewhere. I saw him scamming some guys for ‚damage‘ as we checked out.

- The bed was comfortable
- The room was spacious
- Walking distance (5 minutes) to the main road with restaurants and shops and around 5 minutes to the beach
- The coffee station was outside of the room
- They hire out scooters which is a plus, however the scooter wasn't powerful enough to get us up a hill and therefore we fell off the scooter, smashing a wing mirror and scratching the exhaust cover slightly (no serious damage to the exhaust cover) and they charged us for a full replacement for both parts even though there was only slight scratches on the exhaust cover (could only see if you looked closely, and that is what the cover is for), and the wing mirror reflector just needed replacing but we got charged for the full wing mirror. In our opinion could have just been left especially when it was the scooter that failed to get us up the hill and wasn't an error from our part. If you hire a scooter just be very careful.
