Right on the beach, beautiful and great bars just a short walk along. Close to shops, great location if you have scooter or easy to grab a taxi any time of day.
Rooms basic but what you pay for, good price. Not all have AC so worth checking

Beautiful location, classic Thai basic bungalows right on the beach. Staff were great and helpful. Good value for the budget price.
The bed was very hard.

Great location on the beach, good AC, good value for price. Close to the parties/bars but still quiet and calm at night. 2pm check in is so great.
Needs some hooks in bathroom and more storage options. Mosquitos when on porch because of sitting water under bungalows.

Very basic, bed was very hard, no cattle, not side tables, no wardrobe - extremely basic for the cost.

"Unreal location - quiet at night, 5-10 min walk to main bits of Sairee beach. Basic interior, nice veranda, sea view. Staff didn’t bother us at all but were on site if needed. Air con in the bungalow...."
