p’un house is a little oasis on Koh Tao, we stayed in a deluxe room with ac, heard no noise, had views of the mountains, comfortable big bed for 2, VERY good AC, massive room, it’s about a 10 minute walk to the main point in Sairee. Would recommend to anyone that isn’t into the nightlife scene to stay here when they come to Koh Tao

Really lovely place, a bit tucked away for those who wish for peace and quiet, yet a short walk to Sairee beach, restaurants and shops
It wasn’t cleaned during my one-week stay, and also there wasn’t any equipment to wipe off the dust and sand myself. Also, not the best Wi-Fi

privacy, space and all facilities like fridge, kettle, fan, hot shower,...
I wished it was cheaper without an AC, which I didn't use at all, because of now glas window you must close the shutters. so it's either totally dark and air conditioned or you have light from outside and a bit of a view. also the lighting was very unpleasant in the room. plus very loud because of the noise of motorcycles in the street. not really any place where I enjoyed to hang out exept the bed.
