Our group was three couples: Me and my husband, our son & gf, and our daughter and bf. The “kids” are in their 20s. We had a lovely stay!! The house is directly on the beach. Walk down the stairs and your toes will be in the sand. You will hear the surf all night long. It’s beautiful! This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Everything is lovely, clean, and beautifully decorated. The beach is a private beach, so it is nearly empty at all times. It’s the perfect getaway! This beach is rural. You will need to drive to get to shops, restaurants, etc. This was not a problem for us. We loved it there. It’s a fairly easy drive (25 minutes) up to Santa Cruz boardwalk or down to Monterey (45mins) to go to the aquarium. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. Everything was perfect!!

Three bedrooms plus a fold out couch in the TV room. Kitchen very well equipped very nice dining table the room all look out on the beach. It’s our second year here and we were like it. The hostess is easy to reach and happy to give any information that we asked.

We did all dishes pots pans etc before leaving and simply left a few water bottles and pizza boxes towel in the wash and in front of it as we were rushing out by 10am with 3 toddlers and a prego
Got a slew of angry texts about how we didn’t clean well enough and the house cleaner couldn’t do her job of just basic cleaning. Owner wants to get away with the bare minimum while charging a $300+ cleaning fee
