Situated in Oceanside, this attractive house for $1,027 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Oceanfront unit on the water! The LOWER LEVEL unit sits on beach level, with an open kitchen, living room and dining room. The living/dining area opens right up to the oceanfront patio. Enjoy ocean views all day long in the gorgeous, luxury kitchen with granite counters and top of the line appliances including a Viking stove. The oceanfront patio has a BBQ, patio furniture, and your own private spa. Nothing was spared in this home, from the cookware and bakeware to the linens. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Come escape to luxury on the beach! PARKING: 2 Cars in the Garage (Parked Tandem) Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054. (***PERMIT IS REQUIRED to PARK AT OUR OFFICE. PLEASE COME INTO THE OFFICE FOR A PARKING PERMIT; IF THE OFFICE IS CLOSED, PLEASE LEAVE US AN EMAIL) During your stay, this home will become yours, and your comfort and convenience is our top priority. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos. We are an extended family of 9 celebrating our father’s 90th birthday.
My parents are elderly and needed a property with no stairs. I asked the property through the VRBO “ask questions” and “comment” site if the living room and the bedrooms were all on the same floor. I received no response and the photos looked like it was one level so I assumed it was.
When we got there to park our car, the garage as VERY narrow with just a couple of inches to spare on either side for a standard sedan. There was an unmarked door in the garage and we assumed that was the entrance to the building. When our door code didn’t work, I tried multiple times to call the office but there was no cell service. I saw someone who happened to work for Beachfront properties, and he said the only access to the condo was through the side of the building down a narrow alley with multiple stairs! We could barely get my parents down there. No one needing wheelchair assistance can access this condo on the first floor. This was not clearly stated on the VRBO site.
When we got into the apartment it was very hot and humid. Another reason I rented this particular property was that it clearly stated that it had “AC”. There was only one tiny wall unit AC in the living room, and only one of the 4 bedrooms had a window AC unit. All other bedrooms had NO AC! When I tried to call the office from inside the condo I could not get any cell phone connection. I had to dial outside the building to the office with very sporadic connection. There was no handbook inside the apartment with the wifi code or any instructions, and the portal had very limited information. Also the condo is very narrow with all the bedrooms and bathrooms in the back which you can only access through another short flight of stairs! When I finally got through the office and spoke to one of the property managers she was sympathetic, and although she couldn’t do anything about the stairs other than updating the VRBO listing, she told me they would try to bring another AC unit for one of the other bedrooms. When the maintenance man came to install one AC unit it could not be installed in any of the three bedrooms due to the window configuration.
We had to open all the windows and patio doors, but there are no screens so we had a ton of flies and mosquitoes coming into the condo.
Needless to say for high price of the rental, this property is not worth it.

We stayed at the condo 3 years ago, we were so impressed that we decided to stay at a similar condo next door. I don't feel any money has been put into the condos to keep them updated. It looked exactly the same. The toilet roll thing fell off when I touched it. Little updates can go a long ways! Especially on how much you charge!

I was told there were 4 queen beds instead we got 2 rooms with bunk beds not good for people over 60 ..... key code did not work 1st night... they came next day and fixed it. Hot tub went on and off . Over all it was good except sleeping arrangements .

Very comfortable home
We enjoyed our stay in this home. It has plenty of space to hang out both inside and out. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking accessories. We had a few issues with check in and a fire alarm that went off for no apparent reason however the management company responded immediately.

Lovely home, modern look and feel. Very clean with lots of extra towels and blankets. Communication with management company was excellent! Overall I was happy. My only disappointment was the firepit is not what's shown in the photo. Maybe that one broke but the new one is *very* small and it's not possible to sit around and enjoy with others.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Being able to drink coffee and hear the waves, 0.5 mile walk to the sandy beach, and all the amenities. There were a lot of things missing from the kitchen, but we just called and they delivered quickly. Overall, it was perfect!

although we enjoyed our stay, the rental was not up to it highest standards, the smoke alarms went off on Saturday and there was nobody to contact for this issue, so we unplugged them, the kitchen was missing sheet pans, the ovens fan was very noisy, the outlet for the spa didn't work, had to take cord through window to use, the code for the frt door did not work when we arrived, the cleaning staff where still in unit and garage when we arrived at 4:00 pm, the rug in living room is rough and uncomfortable to walk on bare footed,
