Nestled in Oceanside, this attractive house for $1,341 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Amazing 4-bedroom vacation home sitting on the beach! This is the LOWER LEVEL of a two-unit villa. This one-story rental has a full kitchen with granite counters, travertine floors, and a living and dining room that looks straight out to the beach. Nothing was spared when this rental was built. AC is available upon request for this unit. Come escape to luxury on the beach! THE SPA WILL BE NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AS OF 1/1/2024. PARKING: 2 Assigned Parking Spaces in the Garage Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054. (***PERMIT IS REQUIRED to PARK AT OUR OFFICE. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos. My family and I rented this unit for our Thanksgiving celebration. The unit was perfect for our entire family as far as sleeping arrangements and location. The teens were able to walk to the pier, get snacks and drinks from the local market on Wisconsin, sit in the hot tub, and play in the water, down on the beach. It was perfect for us adults as well. The kitchen had darn near everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner, and the sunsets can’t be beat! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back!!

Location was amazing! The condo furnishings and bedrooms/bedding were very nice. Nice linens and towels. Condo was extremely clean ! Each room had its own A/C which was super cold. Would definitely stay again! No access directly to the water but we were able to walk a few blocks to get on the beach. Hot tub did not work but management was great about accommodating us.

We had a lovely time and enjoyed this property very much.Although this unit had 2 flights of stairs to access from the garage, thanks to your fabulous maintenance man, we were able to drive on the Strand just about to the unit to deliver my elderly Aunt and Uncle and my sister, all of whom walk with canes or walkers. The home was spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house didn't have a bunch clutter which made it very kid friendly and I appreciated the new-er throw pillows on the couches. The view out the back was amazing and Beachfront Rentals made the process super easy for check-in/out and responding to our needs. The home however is tired and in need of a refresh. The walls needed to be wipe down and fresh paint would do wonders. Half of the mattresses were great, the other half desperately need to be replaced. The home was pretty clean but for the amount of money this unit charges per night, I expected more- a deep clean is needed. Dirty walls, stained bedside tables, floors that leave the bottom of your feet dirty just don't live up to the price/my expectations. My last comment is around the trash cans on the south side of the house. They stunk and mice were all over them at night. It made it such that we weren't comfortbale leaving the accordion doors open at night for fear one of those thing would get into the house. This unit has some real pros like location, views, and lots of space but it's in need of a detailed clean, moderate updates, and a better solution for the trash bins.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. The unit was perfect for my husband and I, our adult children and grandkids. There is plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was well equipped. Not having any vehicle traffic in front of the unit and direct access to the walkway outside was wonderful, not to mention the spa which our grandson loved using. Our only issue was the main air conditioning unit unit would only work if all the doors and windows were closed. One day it was 95° and even with all of that done the unit would not turn on so it was a little uncomfortable for everyone. We would stay we would stay here again.

September 2020 Stay
Over all so so , bad experience with bathrooms sink, not in good condition and water flow in the sink ( terrible).
The past 2 years was better ; we spend to much money for the weekend and it wasn’t worth it and besides that check in at 4:00pm and check out 10:00 am is ridiculous.

Overall, the property is well kept and lovely. Although there were a few issues...the window air conditioners in the bedrooms are VERY noisy and prevent sleep. The rear bathroom did not function correctly. The parking garage can be an issue if you have 2 full sized vehicles. But street parking is available within a few blocks. The patio could have been cleaner/swept. It would be nice to have a little more seperation between the neighboring unit (maybe a higher privacy wall) and also along the stairway to the beach. When renters from other units walk down the stairway, it feels as if they are right on our patio. All of that said-we had a great time and the location and size of the unit cannot be beat!

We booked the rental out of a desire to have a mini getaway after being cooped up at home since the pandemic started in March. The property we rented fit all of our needs- a fully equipped kitchen, beds for all five of us, a spa, a BBQ grill, a TV with all the apps (Netflix, Disney +, etc.) and a view to die for. It was in an ideal location- the beach was not too far away. The only issues we experienced were a couple of kitchen utensils not being clean and being unable to find a way to turn on the hose to refill the spa with water. Otherwise, the entire stay was very pleasant and just what we needed to escape and relax. We will definitely be back!

Very disappointed in this property. Besides the fact that it’s very shabby and old, there is construction happening RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY, blocking the view of the ocean. Very disappointed.

2nd stay here
Stayed here for the second year in a row. Place is great, my only suggestion would be to get stronger internet. With the internet tv it’s frustrating trying to watch anything when it’s constantly buffering. Especially during football season.

Beautiful home with more than enough room for our families.
Great property. Some plugs were not working and we never got a response on how to fix them or why they were not working also the cell service was non existent in the house. Other then those few things everything else was great. Beds were comfy we had 4 separate families with us and had plenty of room and the beach being steps away was amazing.

We had a four family staycation at this wonderful unit - 12 of us. We were all very easily accommodated and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom which was really nice for each family. A few things to know. This is the lower unit on the beach level- which was great! The street level is much higher and there is a unit directly above with 7 bedrooms and two floors). There were guests in that upper unit, but everyone was communicative to each other and polite. To access the lower unit, there are A LOT of very narrow stairs. We recommend you have one person access the unit with the codes, and then unload your car by accessing beach gate on the strand. As you pass the unit on Pacific, turn on on Wisconsin street to the strand, then left. It dead ends RIGHT at the beach gate to the unit! You just use the code and so easy. We didn't know this to unload, but we did to leave and it was much easier. The walk to the sandy beach at low tide was only a few minutes north. No sandy beach in front of this unit, but the view is lovely. Bring beach chairs and umbrellas if you want to go to the beach. We made a request for some extra bedding, and a breaker switch went off and the kitchen outlets didn't work. The management company sent someone right away for both.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Condo over Labor Day Weekend. It was a perfect place. We enjoyed being on the patio right by the Ocean and it was a 10 minute walk to the sandy beach to play in the ocean.

Great Location!
We rented two properties close together for our family vacation. It is a short walk to the sandy beach. We also loved being right on the beachfront with the views from the patio and sitting on the rocks to watch the sunsets.! We loved this property!!

I want to say it worked out well for what we needed...the property needs some work for me to want to go back at $1000 plus per night ...the neighborhood is all rental and they crowd big numbers of people into each place making it busy and noisy ...Thank goodness we were there mid week ...
