Located in Oceanside, this attractive house for $1,392 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This gorgeous oceanfront unit is a part of a triplex and is the TOP 2 LEVELS of the entire triplex. The entrance is one level up from the street. This floor has a large dining room and kitchen with all granite counters, appliances, and all the supplies you need to cook. There is an oceanfront deck off of the dining room. This level also features three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a deck which is on the east side of the home. One floor up, there is a large living room with an oceanfront deck, and 3 more bedrooms with ensuite baths (one bedroom with an east-side deck), plus another full bathroom in the hallway. This unit has everything you could possibly need for an amazing beachfront vacation! PARKING: 2 Parking Spaces (Tandem) in the Garage Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054. (***PERMIT IS REQUIRED to PARK AT OUR OFFICE. We enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean was fantastic. We had a couple of issues with appliances but the rental management replied immediately and fixed whatever needed to be fixed immediately. I would rent here again.

My friends and I had an absolutely phenomenal time! The VRBO house was beautiful and spacious. We were close to downtown and had plenty of space for all 12 of us. The management company was very communicative and helpful. If we ever want a fancy beach weekend again, we will definitely book here.

Several observations: There was no garbage disposal. The oven didn't work. One of the clothes dryers was not working. Beach access was not easy. (The description said 'rocky beach,' but there was no beach - just rocks.) There was no notebook or binder of information about the property or the surrounding area - you had to go online to access any such info. I did not feel communication with the property managers was very good - I had to phone them on Thursday prior to our checking in on Saturday in order to get info about the procedures. They should have been in better contact with me. Otherwise, we are a happy family and enjoyed our get-away.

We had an awesome time staying here! It had ample room for all 14 adults to eat and hang out together, and everyone had a place to sleep. The views were breathtaking, and the location was great—we could walk to the beach and a few cafes and restaurants nearby. While the property was amazing, the property managers also made this a great experience! They were easy to communicate with and answered questions and requests super quickly. Overall. I would absolutely book here again!

Family of 14 had a good time despite serious issues not addressed in a timely manner. We were there from Wednesday to Sunday. It took until Friday to have ceiling fans cleaned (reported Wednesday after gunk flew off one of the fa blades over a bed). It took until Saturday to get a shower curtain rod replaced. It took until Saturday to get a new mattress (requested Thursday, then they brought the wrong size first, then the right size without linens. Hardest part was the inconsistency of hot water. Among the 14 of us, we took 20 cold showers. I called Beachfront only the Monday after we left to register my complaint. The employee said they took notes and said they a manager would call me Tuesday at the latest. I called on Friday when I hadn’t heard. It’s now been ten days and I still haven’t heard from them. They violated California law requiring hot water. I cannot recommend them at all.

LOTS OF FUN!!
This Ocean Front property worked really well for our family vacation!! With 10 adults, 2 kids and a tween we had enough room and the property was great!! It does have quirks and need a little maintenance but over all the property was great and management was Excellent, any issue where taken care of very quickly. Thanks for the great memories made!!

Brought our son and friends down for a graduation trip. The unit was great, had plenty of room for our relatively large group. The location is great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The number of bathrooms was a real bonus.

I had my dates mixed up, and traveled from Northern California we showed up on the wrong day! But the management company was flexible and helped us into another similar property. They really saved our trip. The roof top patio was awesome and the views of the ocean were tranquil

This place is breathtaking!! Amazing rooms, amazing service and a perfect staycation for you and your family. Fall asleep with the sound of the waves hitting the rocks. Stayed in many places and by far this the best. Great amenities and amazing ambiance. 10/10.

It’s a great location, nice home, comfortable beds and pillows, and clean. It’s very sparsely stocked by comparison to other VRBO’s in the area we’ve stayed in. The TV upstairs in the family room is broken and unfortunately that’s the ONLY comfortable place to sit. They’d do well to eliminate one bedroom and make another sitting room with comfortable furniture.

Overall our experience was wonderful! Beautiful location and amazing view of the ocean! It was the perfect space for our family gathering as the kids took the bunk bed room and the adults could hang out in the common area. When we had an issue at the house, the property manager was quick to respond. We would definitely consider returning again one day!

We came down to participate in the Bike The Coast ride. The home was perfectly situated for that event. Beautiful home with beautiful views of the pier and the ocean. Home was setup nicely for larger group. Plenary of room to get away from everyone.

The place was nice, if a little run down. It was a great location for the beach, attractions and nearby restaurants. Close to the interstate but still feels small town beach-y. We’d stay again!

Nicely done property, but much smaller than expected. King beds are really crammed in rooms to fit them all in. The elevator was not working and responsiveness to the repair was slow and never resolved the issue which is important when you are on the 3rd and 4th floor. In the end it would have been a better experience at half the price. At these prices I'd expect more than we got.

This is a great place for a large family. We gave the upper den to the teens to play video games. We had 5 couples and over 14 kids. The room with the 3 full bunk beds also have a trundle. So that room by itself can easily sleep nine people or more🙄. The place was super clean, very spaces and well-equipped. And it also has an upstairs and downstairs washer and dryer. We did bring some extra large frying pans. You have to walk a little distance not more than 5 minutes to actually get to the beach. If you wake up early enough before 9 or 10 you can actually get some beach time in front of the house because of the tide. Once again I had my 50th bday there it was more than enough room for almost 40 guess. Oh and the sun set is unbelievable.

Nice house with plenty of room for everyone my only complaint is the bbq sucks would not get hotter than 200 which was a problem for us because we were trying to have a bbq on the 4th of July but other than that it was a great place to stay

The location and the property were perfect. It was so roomy that everyone could spread out and even get lost if they wanted to. The sound of the surf and the sea air were wonderful. We had a great time. Only problems were the grill and the hot tub. We couldn't get the grill to heat up on the first night. Had to go next door to use their grill but the property management person arrived early the next day and a new grill was in place before dinner. The hot tub was intermittently not hot but we just put up with that. One other issue is that one of the rooms has a 6 inch step down as you enter the room. It is not well marked and I took a significant fall. Please do something to clearly mark that step. I didn't break anything but I am 70 years old and it could have been bad. Anyway we had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this property and Beachfront Only.
