Enjoy your own private entrance to Buca Vista to enjoy the 2,000Sqf of indoor space complete with 3 bedrooms each with Queen Beds and private bathrooms, private kitchenette for cooking, full game room with Ping Pong, Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Darts and Game Table. To expand the capacity, 1-2 more can sleep on the futon in the lounge with a half bath in lounge. Outdoors, you have 500Sqf of private deck to enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, private dining area, lounge, BBQ area, Outdoor Games. Free WiFi access and 52-inch flat screen in lounge. Allow the gorgeous views of Mt. Princeton awake you each morning. Enjoy all the Chaffee County has to offer since this home is just 1.5 miles outside of downtown Buena Vista, near Cottonwood Pass. Open Year Round, Buca Vista is perfectly set-up for trailers with outdoor toys such as A.T.V.'s, Boats or Snowmobiles. We welcome obedient pets here. Two maximum. It is important they do not disturb wildlife or neighbors with excessive barking, nor chase a friendly outdoor cat! Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, full bathroom with new floor tile, double sinks and shower/tub for soaking. Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bedroom, private bathroom with new floor tile, toilet, sink and shower. Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bedroom, private bathroom with new floor tile, toilet, sink and shower. Kitchenette: Private and fully loaded with stove top range, microwave, countertop oven (fits a frozen pizza!), full refrigerator, double sinks, all dining essentials.... We really enjoyed the game room! Plenty of space for 6 people with pets and close to hiking areas. Nobody ever got bored.

The title says it all. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, plus one in the main area. Stunning views, entertainment if you wanted to stay inside but why would you with all there is to do. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a nice stay at this property. The location was perfect - close to hiking, rafting and dinners in BV. The view out the deck was beautiful, and we enjoyed playing the games in the evening.

The games were a big hit - especially since it was rainy and we spent more time indoors than we had planned. Our only concern was that the bedrooms were a bit cold and the sign said not to adjust the thermostat. Perhaps make space heaters available? Thanks again!

We were welcomed by beautiful scenery, gorgeous home, and lots of space! My family loved staying here. The beds were super comfy! We would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Beautiful scenery and lots of wildlife roaming around. Had great fun playing Ping Pong, pool and shuffle board. There was a brief problem with the hot water heater. It was fixed very quickly with no inconvenience. Would stay here again. Great hosts

Game room is big fun. You can shoot pool, play ping pong, throw darts, and there's a nice spot for tabletop fun. The beds are ok. Each room has its own bathroom which is nice, but the shower in our room had a shower curtain that allowed alot of water onto the floor of the bathroom (we just avoided using that bathroom's shower during our stay).
Kitchen was well stocked with all manner of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, etc. We had everything we needed to prepare meals.

There was 5 of us plenty of room, the pictures do not give the place justice. The living area is big… the bedrooms have bathrooms which was awesome. The only thing negative is it really needs a good cleaning, the drawers had other peoples clothes them, we had to wash all the dishes prior to using because they were dirty. Bring your own towels.

This property is exactly as described, very comfortable with many extras, and super clean. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the mornings and evenings (with the cat) and it was a good location near Buena. I only want to mention two things, There was only one towel per person for 4 days, even one more would have been nice. And the light over the dining room table, though pretty and very unusual, was woefully dim to look at trail maps. A brighter light would have been better for us old people. We all enjoyed the electric fireplace and the TV. The bathrooms, except for towels, had wonderful soap, lotion and hair products. Beds were great. We really enjoyed staying here and if we ever get to come back, I would stay here again. The owner was very helpful suggesting restaurants and places to see. Thanks for everything!

Buca Vista is the best place to stay in Buena Vista, Colorado. The views are stunning. We enjoyed the outdoor space. The large deck could be closed off for our dogs. Inside everyone enjoyed the large game room and gathering area. Ping Pong, Pool, Shuffleboard and darts. The kitchenette was stocked very well. We cooked outside on the BBQ. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with shower. This makes it easier to travel with family. We enjoyed the hot springs, rafting, horseback riding, and the Aerial Adventure Park. We took some hikes and went mountain biking. I highly recommend this place and we will be back to stay at Buca Vista in Buena Vista, Colorado.

This is a wonderful house to share some quality family time. Loved the fact that each bedroom has a full bathroom. The view is beautiful!! Looking forward to renting it again!

Comfortable accommodations with 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, and great game room. Ad did not mention that this is ground floor of a two-story home. Convenient to BV with great outdoor activities. A bit overpriced.

Four of us went: husband, me, 18 yo and 20 yo sons. The guys really enjoyed the indoor games during our down-time. The space was large and each having their own bathroom was most convenient. Would book again for sure if in the area.

Wonderful location for local activities. Whitewater, OHV, golfing etc. very private and quiet, great porch for eating or conversing while gazing on mountains. Pool ping pong darts and shuffle board were extras. Kitchen small but very well equipped. Beds comfy.

Great visit, stunning views, lots of fun activities both in the home and around the area. Elaine was easy to communicate with. Like others mentioned, just make note that kitchen doesn't have dishwasher/ full-sized oven (bbq on deck)...so plan ahead with disposable items if you want to spend less time cleaning and more time playing. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom along with a half in the main area. My kids loved Slinky (missing our own left at home) and great morning sun to cuddle on the patio furniture during morning visits... even when chilly.

We spent 10 days at Buca Vista. What a wonderful place for teen and preteen boys! Everyone loved the pool table, ping pong and shuffleboard table! It was so nice that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. As others said, there is no oven, but the toaster oven worked out fine. We got 11” of beautiful snow the first night. What a wonderful view from the deck! Eileen was great to work with. We made so many special family memories!
