Located in Park City, this charming house for $525 per night is a great choice for your next break. WELCOME TO OLCHA HOUSE │ Hosted by Olcha Property Management This home exudes mountain comfort. It is truly a home-away-from-home with upgraded finishes, features, furnishings and amenities throughout. The split-level design offers five spacious bedrooms, each with a full bath, and ample privacy. The upper level includes an open kitchen and dining area with access to both the living room and the private deck where our six-person hot-tub overlooks Main Street Park City. The layout is ideal for family gatherings and socializing with friends. The kitchen is equipped and well stocked including a spice/staples cupboard. Additional features include covered parking, outdoor ski locker, indoor boot dryer, gas fireplace, Bose sound system, cable tv, wifi, water softening system, whole house humidifier, baseboard heating, and air conditioning (a real treat in the summertime). CAN'T BEAT OUR OLD TOWN LOCATION │ Olcha House is located on upper Woodside Avenue, one of the most desirable addresses in Park City's historic Old Town, with convenient access to the Town Lift, Main Street, and the free shuttle. Our ideal location meets everyone's needs and eliminates the logistic hassles. Staircases on either side of the house lead to the center of Main Street... great dining, entertainment, and shopping right at your doorstep. The Pedestrian/Ski Access Trail to the PCMR Town Lift is just steps away. If you choose to walk to the lift it's an easy 4-5 minute downhill walk. Intermediate skiers can ski-in for lunch or at day's end via the Town Runs (Quit'n Time and Creole) and download across the street from Olcha House. If you’d like to spend the day at Deer Valley the free shuttle is conveniently located at the end of our street. For those who want to venture out, Alta and Snowbird ski areas are just a 45 minute drive.

The house is in a great location and perfectly appointed. Super clean and stocked so we could not only party and dine out but dine in too. Half of our clan of 8 doesn’t ski or snowboard but the shopping and dining was only a short walk away so they had plenty to do. The other half of us were impressed with and appreciated the ski in/ski out convenience right there. WOW! We rented an SUV but it’s not necessary because URBER black SUV transport is plentiful and took only minutes to arrive and shuttle us around when called. We have particularly high standards and seek out the best and this house checked all boxes and was a great value. We departed today and have already reached out to return next year. 5 STAR!!!

Beautiful house. It was perfect for our group of 5 individuals with 5 bedrooms/5 baths. This is a 6 level house so there was lots of privacy. the gathering rooms of the kitchen and living room were large and comfortable.
We enjoyed the close proximity to town.
Management company was very easy to communicate with.

This was a perfect home for our girls trip!!! It’s multi level was great and all the bedrooms are en-suite. Easy to walk to downtown PC. Might not be big enough for a large family and it could be a challenge for a large family or older people because of the stairs but it a great narrow multi level home.

Nothing but good things to say about the Olcha house! The location is perfect. It’s an easy walk to Main Street, coffee, restaurants, etc. The house was well equipped with enough bowls, silverware, etc. for a big group. We loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Great views from the hot tub!

Loved the place and location. Went in late September to have a leadership retreat for my company. Having the bedrooms each with its own bath was great. The living area was perfect for meeting to plan the year as well as relax.
The location to the Main Street on Park City was great and allowed us to walk to great restaurants for meals and fun nightlife. Would be a great resource pace to stay for a ski vacation as well. I highly recommend this place and location!

We had a group of 5 men who have been friends since they were teenagers. We get away once a year and decided on Park City this year. The house accommodated everyone with their own bedroom, was clean and super convenient to main street. We rode ATV's, fly fished, played golf (all just a short drive away) and spent the last day at the house watching college football. Each night we took a 2 minute walk to eat at a variety of restaurants and bars on Main Street. Probably the best trip we have done. Would highly recommend the Olcha House to anyone visiting Park City.

We had a great week here celebrating my mom's 90th birthday. The house was great for 2 families and my mom. So easy to walk into town and young adult children could come and go as they pleased. The hot tub was a fun bonus and the surrounding mountains made for great hiking, mountain biking and kayaking. House was comfortable for 10 people and had all the things we needed.

Amazing Property and Location
We loved this property. It fit the needs of our group perfectly. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which made life so much easier. The common areas were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed, the upstairs room was great for lounging, and we used the deck and hot tub multiple times per day.
The weather was very hot while we were there, but the A/C kept up without any problems.
There were plenty of towels and extra linens which was helpful for a 7 night stay.
We communicated with the host a few times before our stay in order to help us plan, and she was very responsive, helpful, and even made some suggestions. We didn't have any problems during our stay. Check-in and check-out were super easy.
Being only 2 blocks away from Main Street was great! We walked around several times for window shopping or dining out. The only word of warning is that both the property and the neighborhood have a lot of stairs/slopes. This was only a problem for one in our group that has a bad ankle, but she still loved it.

Fantastic family gathering
Perfect house for a family to use. Grandparents loved to walk into town for the paper, we rode mountain bikes from the house. House was exactly as advertised, kitchen was very well stocked. Great visit. The only thing I would mention is that it’s a lot of stairs and the kind bed is furthest from the main rooms — just good to know if you have people with mobility issues. Our family was already talking about future stays at this house when we left.

Perfect spot for a mix of fun and outdoor activities! The check in and check out process was seamless. The home was gorgeous and very very comfortably fit ten 29 year old ladies.
Would recommend this house to all of my friends and family. If I had to have one complaint, it’s that our stay wasn’t longer!

Clean, Convenient, and Cozy
We rented this home for our friend's bachelorette ski trip. The location was perfect, walkable to main street's bars and restaurants, as well as Town Lift. The house came stocked with all of the essentials, a nice welcome letter and gift from the host, and was spotlessly clean. The property manager was very accessible to answer questions we had and accommodated a few last minute requests we made. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to the area!

Incredible time at this home. Loved that there is a sonos system in the house. (Wish they were able to separate the living room from the kitchen with the sonos.) The house is beautiful. The boot drier needs a little attention. The bedrooms are spacious. The hot tub looks over downtown. Loved this house.
