Situated in Del Mar, this charming condo for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This Del Mar Beach condo is just steps away from San Diego's finest beach. It's 1,200 sq ft with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Condo includes washer/dryer in unit and has a full kitchen with granite countertops and large family room with wood-burning fireplace. The condo features two balconies on front and back of unit and also offers a outside shower to rinse off after a trip to the beach. One covered parking spot is included and 4 other guest spots available. There is no a/c in the building, however we have ceiling fans and box fans. Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sized air mattress. The following is included in rental: cookware and full kitchen, dishes, beach towels, linens/bedding, bathroom towels, etc.

Everything was great / I would recommend going online to My Pillow and getting some comfortable pillows. I would recommend this property. We have been going to Del Mar for over 20 years.

Terrific location for access to beach and Del Mar Race Track. Plenty of nearby restaurants and stores, too. Dan was a pleasure to work with and very attentive to our needs. Had a small plumbing issue and he handled it promptly. Condo was well maintained and updated, with nice dishware and pots and pans, as well as beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels. Very nice!

The grounds are well-maintained and the condo was immaculate! The location was ideal for our purposes. We wanted to be close to the San Diego County Fair. It was 3 minutes away. The day we checked in, we found a lovely rooftop restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. The condo is stocked with everything anyone could need. We brought our own 1-cup Keurig, but discovered that there was already one there in a cupboard! The beach is one short block away. We hope to stay again in the future, but for longer than 2 nights!

The property owners were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Its only a block to the beach & a wagon, chairs, towels etc.. were included. Dog beach to the north, people beach to the south. I LOVED watching the happy dogs! The apartment is very nice, especially the king bed and the electric, sliding recliners. Everything you need is o ly a short walk or drive away! The elevator was unexpected but truly appreciated!

It was a awesome place. My daughter got married in Solana Beach and it was nice to be near the wedding venue in such a clean and lovely place. We will definitely put this on our favorites list.

perfect size condo for 4 adults. master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and large with tons of closet space . so nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. cute kitchen with tons of plates and pots and pans to use when not eating out. short , one street over from beach and really cute dog beach. short drive to beautiful restaurants along the water...like Jakes & Poseiden and the village of Del Mar. the owner responded very well to my inquiries via email or text. my only" complaint" was that the shower in master bedroom never got really hot. although my son said the other shower in hall area did get hot. overall, very nice rental.

The unit is spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. I would definitely stay here again. There is no heat except for space heaters, but once we figured out the space heaters we were very comfortable.

The condo is conveniently located in Del Mar close to the beach and walkable to downtown. The interior is updated and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday and would return in the future.

We’ve stayed at many VRBO & other rentals and this place by far is the best! Extremely clean and location is perfect! We enjoyed our morning walk to the beach less than 5 minutes away! The condo has everything you need with an amazing beach décor. Exactly how it looks on the site!! So many dining places close by. Dan was a great host!!! We look forward to staying here again soon!!
