About this condo rental

Located in Del Mar, this lovely condo for $410 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Summary: Live the Dream in Del Mar at this charming and spacious condo. Light, bright and spacious best describes this casually comfortable condo. Located 1 block to the beach!! Walking distance to the Village of Del Mar and Cedros Design District. Del Mar Dream has recently undergone renovations: New Kitchen, flooring, paint, fireplace, laundry room have created a wonderful gathering space for our guests. The Space: Del Mar Dream comfortably sleeps 4 adults and can accommodate additional guest on the sofa or infant/toddler in a pack-n-play. Both bathrooms have 2 sinks each. The master bath (ensuite) has a shower stall and the guest bath has a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully stocked, we have beach equipment for your enjoyment as well. The condo is located on the 2nd floor, end unit. It is single level inside. We do have an elevator (in addition to stairs) for access. Guest Access: Guests have the enjoyment of the entire condo The Neighborhood: The Beach Colony is a highly coveted area due to its easy walkability and close and easy beach access. This area is all flat and great for all ages. Getting Around: Car, Uber/Lyft. walking Other Things to Note: VRBO bookings are not eligable for the credit card processing fee to be refunded if reservation is cancelled (this includes reservations within the cancellation period). Interaction with Guests: I am available by text or phone and live in the building if needed.

This property was perfect for our needs. We had 3 adults and there was plenty of room. We walked to the beach in about 3 minutes and a longer walk took us to the main tourist area of Del Mar. We would definitely go back.

We enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo across the street from the beach. It has everything we needed in the kitchen & the sitting area had a very comfy couch. We enjoyed taking morning beach walks & watching evening sunsets.
