I have stayed here a couple times for a quick weekend trip to Boyne Mountain to sneak in some skiing. The location and it’s easy walking proximity to local restaurants is ideal. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

The location was perfect , we usually stay right at the ski resort but due to rising costs to stay there decided to try The Water Street Inn. We all loved it and the $500 we saved staying there was the icing on the cake! Definitely will be back and hopefully in the same room which was a corner condo with spectacular views! Hoping to bring my bike group back in the fall to do the 28 mile trail🤗❗️

It has been recently renovated and is even nicer than before. It is on the ground floor which is convenient and it is also an end unit with more windows and more room. The view onto Lake Charlevoix and the sandy beach is lovely. Watching the sun set each evening is a must!The property is clean, there is housekeeping service, and the front desk employees are great. I recommend the WaterStreet Inn and unit 115 very highly.Close to Petoskey and Petoskey State Park, Young State Park, Boyne Mountain, zip lining, paddle board rentals, Cafe Sante (right around the corner), Beach House Restaurant on Deer Lake, and many other attractions.

The king size bed is a nice feature but the mattress was uncomfortable as it was very hard. The mattress in the pull out sofa wasn't that great either. We like to sleep with the heat turned down to 65 and cover up with blankets but only a single blanket was provided for the pull out and a thin blanket and comforter in the master. It was very windy and cold as we visited for a ski meet at Boyne Mountain. I'm sure the bedding would be sufficient for summer guests. Loved the nice, big kitchen table to play cards at. Fireplace was an added bonus as well.

Property had everything a family of four could need. Walkout patio right to the water, 3 min walk to anywhere in town. Quite place all day/night. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Would easily book the property again.
