Nestled in Boyne City, this attractive condo for $330 per night is a great option for your next break. Suite 311 is a third floor suite, totally renovated and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. The kitchen boasts beautiful high-end counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a full size oven. You will find this kitchen fully equipped with utensils and dishes for preparing meals. The glass dining room table can accommodate up to four people. The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and a 50'' flat screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with a Euro shower enclosed with glass doors and two separate vanities. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed, a 32'' flat screen TV, and yet another spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix.

Had a wonderful time in Boyne City. Very nice property and everything within walking distance. The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The only thing was the ceiling fan in the bedroom was not working properly and the bedroom TV remotes would not work. Was able to turn TV on manually, but could not figure out how to manual change the channels due to no buttons on the TV for that. We did not complain for it was not a big deal. However, we did mention it upon checkout. We would definitely stay at this location and in this unit again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo! I’ll be back! (The only comment is to check the kitchen sink drain and garbage disposal. It seems like it is filled up and drains very slowly. I could smell a sour food odor from it )

We loved this condo!! The view of the water is great. The decor is so fresh and modern - very, very nice. Location is perfect to be able to walk the town and shoreline. We saw beautiful sunsets sipping cocktails on the balcony. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Water Street Inn. The unit was lovely, nicely renovated, & well appointed with everything for our one week visit. Lucky for us, the weather was sunny & warm all week so we were really able to enjoy the deck & beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix.This is our fourth stay at Water Street Inn, so, obviously, we love it. The whole property is well maintained & the common areas are all clean & very lovely looking with all the blooming flowers. And all the people working at the desk were very friendly & accommodating.We also really enjoy staying in Boyne City because it is quieter & less hectic than the other cities on the lake. At the same time, it is very convenient for excursions to Petoskey, Charlevoix, & Traverse City.

Boyne City on the Beach
Very nice stay in this updated unit. Great view of the lake from the windows and balcony. Convenient walk to town and what it has to offer. A/C is a wall unit near the bedroom so it might pose a noise issue for some, but it kept the unit cool. Kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. The bathroom had a clever two vanity setup, though the lighting could be brighter. Would definitely book again. We somehow missed the available option of daily room cleaning.

Fabulous stay, great views, ideal location. Staff was extremely kind and respectful and condo was immaculately clean! Already planning on our next getaway! The only suggestion I would make is to spray and/or power wash for bugs on exterior windows and doors/siding. Great place! Looking forward to our return.

Not our first stay here and won't be our last. Right on the water and close to downtown. Rooms are always nice but this unit has been remodeled, so we tend to choose it more often. One feature we like is the bedroom is upstairs. The staff is always friendly and the heyless entry makes it nice, not having to carry a key around.

We love our condo! We walked in a could not believe how nice it was. Everything was modern and updated and clean, even loved the sinks and glass shower. The pull out sofa made a great second bed, and the balcony was perfect for watching the sunsets (which were beautiful). Boyne City is a cute little town and next Fall we plan to come back to this exact condo and hopefully stay an extra day. Thank you so much to the owners for providing such a wonderful place for us to stay.
