Nestled in Glendale, this lovely house for $256 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Close to all MLB spring training ballparks in the west valley. Gorgeous 5br/3 full bath 2500 square foot home with upscale furnishings in formal living room. Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances including. Beautiful granite counter tops. Nice keurig machine plus a regular coffee machine too. Family/TV room with dvr so you can record shows. There are 2 nice King sleigh beds, 2 Queen sleigh beds and 2 twin beds. Sleeps 10 comfortably! Formal dining room has remarkable Travertine table that seats 6 and maybe 8. Large covered Patio, with nice chairs, gas barbeque, gas heater and gas patio fire pit. Nice Hot Tub. 3 miles to Westgate Shopping/nice restaurants, University of Phoenix Stadium, NHL Hockey Phoenix Coyotes, Cabelas and just 5 miles to LA Dodgers/Chicago White Sox Camelback Ranch Spring Training facility. Just 9 miles to Seattle Mariners/San Diego Padres spring training ball park. Top Golf just opened and is fun even for non golfers. Convenient access to 101 freeway and just a short hop to Peoria Sports Complex, Spring Training Baseball, Nascar and many fine restaurants. Sky Harbor 25 minutes. The house was great! Very beautiful home. The up keep, tidiness, and cleanliness lacked. House was very dusty, toilets were dirty, kitchen was dirty, cabinets were filthy inside and out, bugs in cabinets and bowls. Oven was extremely dirty. Bella are you ready for me to do your hair anything else you need to get ready? I was like before we left my bracelets in my Bible bag you know them. I went to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean before I could cook anything. Lots of personal items still in home/cabinets.

We were a mixed group of friends and family on an extended stay around a gymnastics tournament for my granddaughter. The house was perfect to handle our large group. There were so many places to go with enough of everything needed: pool toys, pool lounges, chairs around fire pit, outside or inside eating, games galore, tv recliners (4!) + other seating for when the game was on! And the pool was a big hit and large and deep enough for everyone playing pool basketball. The hot tub was perfect as the night cooled. The cornhole game was a hit also. Part of the family had planned on leaving to go explore up to Sedona but was having so much fun they decided to stay and enjoy the house's many amenities. Lastly, there was just about every spice and condiment you could think of already there and a large kitchen made for group cooking. The only suggestion for users is the downstairs back bedroom can hear plumbing from bathroom so put someone in there who is deaf, like me, or sleeps deep or don't flush during the night. Altogether great house with every amenity.

The house and Ammenities worked out well. I felt like this is a lived in home and they rent it out. The beds looked like they were slept in. When looking in the linen closet everything was shoved in there and rolled in a ball. Hence the wrinkled beds. Oven was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Bathroom tub had moldy grout. Just didn't feel clean. It's a great house with a great pool area. Just need a little tlc

Check in was easy, plenty of room for our group, hot tub was clean and ready BUT the pool and outside living area was dirty with debris. The master bd bed cover has obvious stain on it, bath mats were not clean. When I spoke with the owner, he said outside was dirty from high winds. I anticipated he would try to get everything clean ASAP!
There is broken blinds in kitchen and dining areas.

We were all surprised how much room we had inside and outside. We filled every room and never felt like we were crowded. There were many activities provided onsite. Our favorite amenity was the giant gong.

We had a blast at this property, we had 9 women celebrating a "60th" party weekend. We utilized the hot tub and grill. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us!

A very comfortable, roomy place! Has more than we could have possibly needed. Back porch and yard were awesome and where we spent most of our time. communication with owner was easy and he is very responsive and timely. Will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend. Beautiful house and neighborhood. Great golf (Falcon Dunes). Fantastic UTV riding through the desert and a great football game. I’ve been doing this for 15yrs. This is the first time that I met the owner Steve. Great host and an excellent guy.

The house is great hot tub was nice would of paid extra to have pool heated. Great outdoor space with smoker and Gas BBQ. Very convenient to go to games at State Farm Stadium.

The pool and backyard are as advertised. With 9 feet in depth, the pool was ideal for our kids (ages 9-13). We spent every afternoon in the pool and hot tub. The backyard games were fun and we loved lounging, reading and napping on the variety of patio furniture. There were plenty of pool toys and floaties, so there is no need to bring your own.
The beds were comfortable and the house provided plenty of sitting, eating, and sleeping space for our family of 9. The kitchen comes equipped with basic cooking utensils, but could use a griddle and more than one cookie sheet. The grill was the cleanest I've ever seen with any of our rentals. We ate most of our meals in rather than going out, though there are a variety of restaurants, golf courses and things to do within a 30 minute drive. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet and felt very safe.
There is a lot of stuff in the house that made it feel a little cluttered and closed in. The place must be a beast to dust with all of the knick knacks and over abundance of furniture, but it wasn't dusty. The bathrooms and countertops were clean. That said, the walls were sticky and had smears here and there. There were occasional crusties along the bannister and kitchen cabinets that come from renters that care less about the place they're renting than their own house. To be clear, the house isn't dirty, but the walls and cabinets could use a scrubbing. It is apparent that there is a monumental effort to keep the place clean, but at least some of that effort is largely used up on the vast amount of useless "stuff." Hence the four stars.
All of that said, we came for the pool area and the backyard where we spent virtually all of our time. That area is the jewel of the property.

Perfect for family gathering
There were 7 of us and the accommodations were perfect. We had lots of room. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Great Family Getaway
Steve has a beautiful, clean, house in a safe area. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a while. I've read some of the reviews and ALL of the good ones are accurate. His home is very homey and entertaining. The pool and hot tub are clean and there is just on overall, relaxing, atmosphere. Steve is a great guy and I would rent from him again. Thanks Steve!

Loved our stay!
We had 5 adults, 3 kids (5-10) and one infant staying at this property. There was an abundance of room for all of us. Steve had 2 pack n plays, a high chair, and a bouncy chair which made travelling with a baby so much more convenient! The older kids had so much to do as well with the arcade machine, corn hole, ladder ball, and of course, the heated pool! There were a lot of pool floaties and toys available as well. The fire table was a nice touch for our one cooler night and the ice machine was key. The house is conveniently located to many amenities, Top Golf, the Tanger Outlet mall, the football stadium, and the Westgate Entertainment District. Finally, Steve was very accommodating for our early flight in and late flight home which was greatly appreciated. He is also very fast at responding to any questions you may have during your stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Eight guys on a 4 day golf trip.
This house was clean and ready for us to comfortably relax. We especially enjoyed the large TV room for us all to hang out and enjoy the NFL playoff games. The outdoor space was large with lots of seating to enjoy the gas fire pit, hot tub, pool, and BBQ grills. The kitchen has all the amenities of the home for cooking and plenty of space. We had an exceptional stay at this property

This house is full of clutter and junk inside and outside, shower curtain is filthy, bedding is nasty and nothing matches, towels are old and dingy. Carpet had a big stain in the family room, and the inside of all the kitchen cabinets were so gross. The pool heater was broken, the ice machine was broken, the outside chairs are broken. There are sweat stains on the outside cushions, the couch in the family room is filthy. While we were there I got the fountain working and I cleaned and organized the pantry. Do not stay here.
