Nestled in Provincetown, this attractive condo for $450 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Treetops is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a large downstairs with additional beds all in a penthouse luxury condominium located in the premier west end of Provincetown. Children are welcome but please no animals or smoking as our children are highly allergic. Professionally cleaned between guests. Enter up to a large and private exclusive deck through French doors to an expansive living area impeccably decorated. The living area features a gas fireplace, oak flooring and a separate dining area. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, a professional gas stove with double oven, 4 burners, grill and griddle, a stainless hood plus a breakfast bar with seating for three. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, ample closet space, private bath with a soaking tub and opens to a large private deck. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The lower level features a large open den containing a day bed, trundle bed, large couch, game table, laundry and vaulted ceilings. The outdoor shower features a changing area and nighttime rope “disco” lights. The property has wonderful common gardens. There is one parking space and six nearby first-come public parking spaces. Tucked in a quiet little neighborhood, this property was really perfect for us! There was great information about the property in the packet we received prior to arriving. The parking is a little tight, but in many ways it's to be expected with the way the houses and community were built. There are great little labels on things to help navigate through important aspects (how to unlock the door, to wash certain things by hand, how to use the laundry). The kitchen is amazing with a large stove and counter space. The outdoor shower is wonderful. I was a little leery as most I have used are open to the sky, but the roof offers an additional level of privacy, which is needed. We really enjoyed the space, ALL of the octopus decor, and vibes of the house!

Treetops is a lovely spot, well located in Provincetown's charming Historic District. Just a few minutes walk to all the excitement of Commercial Street, and yet nestled in a serene and friendly neighborhood.
The condo is nicely appointed with attractive, comfortable furnishings and has every amenity a vacationer could want: gas fireplace, two nice decks, outdoor shower, wonderful cook's kitchen, gas grill, dedicated parking space.
Best of all, Laurie was wonderful to work with. My group had to reschedule twice, and then we had a last minute issue when the ferry was cancelled because of bad weather. Laurie was amazingly flexible and helpful, and she saved our vacation--more than once. We'll be back!

Great stay for a group
We had a great experience with our stay! The host was wonderful and so accommodating to us - would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in PTown. The location was great and we could walk everywhere, yet the location was nice and quiet.

Laurie’s rental was the perfect Ptown stay. The property was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen had every piece of equipment and gadget we needed during our stay. The lower level with family room and half bath were great for extra space.
Laurie went above and beyond with communication for us. She answered every question we had after reserving the rental and during check in process. Laurie even provided us with photos of possible parking options for our second car.
We would absolutely stay at her property again and would highly recommend the property to others

Perfect Ptown Rental
I recently stayed at this Provincetown property for a long weekend with my daughter, and two sisters, my grandson and his friend, and everything was perfect. I'd searched to find a home that had a separate area for the two teens to sleep, so that us older folk were not kept up too late at night, and Laurie's home was perfect for this. There was a lovely room downstairs that had a daybed with trundle, couch, and tv, along with a half bath that was perfect for them. I stayed in the master bedroom and the balcony off this room was a favorite for us all with a hammock and enough chairs for us to sit out in the evening. The other two bedrooms were lovely as well. Laurie decorated this place wonderfully (love the octopus theme), with high quality bedding etc. Additionally, this home came fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including dishwashing liquid, trash bags, toilet paper etc. We didn't run out of anything! The kitchen was a dream, and she even had spices available. Plus the two full bathrooms were perfect. She also had a cupboard full of games, which we did make use of. My family was very impressed and not one thing went wrong.
Thank you Laurie for your quick communications, your eagerness to help with anything, and most of all for your amazing home, which felt comfortable and friendly the moment we walked in.
Oh, I don't want to forget the amazing outdoor shower!! It was one of the best I have ever used.

Wow, what a nice place. It's very well kept - wonderful big living room/dining room so easy to hang out. The outdoor space is especially nice, it has a comfortable front deck with a nice table and chairs, and then a back deck off the master bedroom that is great for watching the sun go down.

Had a wonderful stay. The condo was very spacious, very modern, and very close to town. Was the perfect spot for me and my friends. The octopus decorative theme throughout the house was a fun bonus. Would stay again.

Perfect socially distant retreat
Had a wonderful long weekend stay at TreeTop - charming property that feels like a luxury treehouse. Amazing chefs kitchen. Large common spaces including two outdoor private decks. Quiet neighborhood but an easy walk to beaches and town. Property manager was very responsive, friendly and accommodating.

Incredible & spotless home in prime location
We had a wonderful experience staying at Laurie’s place. The condo is extremely clean, well-maintained, and spacious for our group of friends. We especially liked the chef’s kitchen as well as the close location to both the beaches and the downtown restaurants and shops. This trip was really special to us as it allowed for a great getaway vacation while maintaining social distancing. Laurie was also very responsive to messages and even reached out to us several times during our visit to ensure we were having a great stay. I really can’t recommend her place enough!

This place worked great for us- family that needed a nice place with plenty of room to not be on top of each other. The cousins stayed in the downstairs room and liked being away from the old-timers! Great location. Wish we were there in the nice weather, I bet the decks are awesome in the summer.

Loved it!!!
We absolutely loved this place. First the location is perfect. Once there, there is no need to drive again, everything is within walking distance. The house is adorable. So well appointed and I loved the octopus decor! There were 5 of us and at the end of the day we enjoyed going back to the house to relax. The living room and kitchen were spacious and a perfect gathering place to be together while enjoying wine and snacks. I can’t say enough about this place, you will not be disappointed.

We spent a long weekend in P town. Could not have asked for a better property. For the price and location it was exactly what we were looking for.
The bathrooms , bedrooms and kitchen are all totally on point. AC if you need it.
The main living room is really well designed and spacious. We also really liked being out on the deck.
Really everything worked perfectly for us.
Laurie was very communicative and we had no issues at any time.
We would all highly recommend !

Fantastic stay for our group of friends!
First off, Laurie the owner is fantastic to deal with - she even helped to return a pair of glasses left behind on check out! She is excellent communicating any concern or info you may need for your stay there. The self check in process was easy and we had no problem finding the place.
As for the property it’s a 3 - 4 bedroom 2 bath
that has a great kitchen and really nice king master suite with deck. The open concept of the main area is also very nice! Plenty of room to lounge. There’s a deck off of this area with use of a gas grill and outdoor shower below.
The other two bedrooms have queens and the lower level den / 4th bedroom has a twin day bed with trundle unit that can convert to a King too. There is also a laundry suite on this level.
I think the only thing is with the 2 baths one of them is en-suite with the Master. Our group of friends made due by a few of us using the Master bath for showering and it all worked out fine. The kitchen was well appointed and has the nicest range in Ptown.
The grocery and liquor store were a 10 min walk from the place and Commerical St as well is a 10 min walk...
I would definitely recommend a stay here and look forward to another stay too!

Beautiful property and great location
Laurie's home away from home was a perfect weekend getaway for myself and a few friends. The house was beautiful, provided plenty of room and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Location was great. It was set back in a quiet neighborhood with a cute cafe not too far down the st. We were able to walk right downtown in no time. Laurie was so accommodating from fixing an error to the initial booking dates that I had chosen all the way down to late checkout. She was easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. I would 100% book this place again in a heartbeat if I'm ever back in ptown, granted it's available. Thank you again Laurie!

Treetops Condo Is The Tops!
We’ve just finished a great stay at Treetops condo! Our party of 6 was completely comfortable in Laurie’s spacious condo and found that pretty much anything we could possibly need for both indoor and outdoor spaces was available and easy to use/find. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen for cooking in as a group, and the outdoor shower was a real treat that we used pretty much exclusively. Everything about the condo matches the photos and description, leaving no room for disappointment. The location of the condo is perfect — a quiet, secluded neighborhood that gives you a sense of escape but that is still only about 5-10 minutes from the main drag. A few minor suggestions for making things even better:
—It would be great to have a cocktail shaker.
—It would be great to have either a regular coffeemaker or a large French press for those who’d rather not use K-cups.
—Mirrors in the individual bedrooms would be a nice addition.
These, though, are minor quibbles with an otherwise outstanding place! Thank you, Laurie! I hope we have occasion to come back.

Family Week Fun
We had a great time in this terrific property, room for everyone and a short walk to town. We had no hot water one morning which was quickly resolved with a text to the owner. Would definitely rent again.
