Located in Provincetown, this lovely condo for $381 per night is a great choice for your next break. You will adore this Near West End jewel as your home-away-from-home. Relaxing and enjoying the morning sunshine with your coffee and evenings spent with friends & family, in a lushly planted patio experience. Don't forget the spacious open concept living with a beautiful new kitchen designed to create drinks & meals as well as great memories. The hotel style marble bathroom will make getting ready for a night on the town a real pleasure. The home easily accommodates 6 for indoor/outdoor dining, sleeping and living. Once you do go out, you will find everything you need just steps outside the gate. The Boatslip, Mussel Beach Gym, The General Store and much more. Bay Beach access and water sport rentals are right across the street at Flyer's. We encourage you to read the reviews that share fellow traveler's experiences. Important Notice: When making your decision on a vacation home, please note that many rental owners charge for various fees, cleaning charges, damage insurance etc. We have NO additional fees. The vacation travel website you use has a service fee and Massachusetts does levy an occupancy tax. A few highlights of the home's exterior are: One car off-street parking, exclusive use gated yard, 1st floor walkout (no steps), large patio, pergola and tropically planted gardens, plenty of bike parking, Weber propane gas BBQ grill. Some features of the interior are:1006 sq. ft., sleeps 6, a King size bedroom, a Queen size bedroom and a full-size bedroom, a granite double vanity, marble bathroom, air conditioning and central heat, new kitchen (fully equipped). The leather living room and the indoor & outdoor dining areas, each comfortably seat 6 people. Extras: Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. No pets are allowed. There is no smoking in the home or within the fenced yard. Please smoke anywhere outside the fenced yard. Check in time is after 3 PM and check out time is before 10 AM. No car should be parked in the space before 3 PM or after 10 AM. .

We loved staying here for Spooky Bear weekend. The location right on Commercial Street is amazing and the garden really is so lovely that many people stopped to comment on it. Also the beds were very comfy! I would absolutely rent this place again.

This large 3 bedroom home is in a great location. The distance from the center of town was perfect for walks to restaurants, galleries and shops. I've walked by the beautiful patio garden many times in the summer and it's just as beautiful in the fall.

Best patio to enjoy coffee and drink's. comfortable three bedroom.. we plan to make this our place every time we visit Provincetown.
Owners are responsive and kind and keep the place fully stocked with soap, paper products, and sheets/towels.

Perfectly situated in the West end within walking distance of jetty, restaurants and shops. Very quiet. Immaculate and extremely well stocked re: kitchen and bath. The host Larry was so friendly and easy to communicate with. Gorgeous little tropical garden in the courtyard. There’s not a ton of natural light but that was the only and very minimal downside. We loved it and have already reserved for next year!

Wow!!! This place was perfect for us. The rooms are all good sizes, beds were super comfy and the house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Honestly, our favorite part was the outdoor oasis! It’s mind blowing how beautiful it is out there. We had our coffee out there every morning and had dinner outside one night. Each morning people would stop to admire the garden, it’s THAT pretty.
The location is perfect…close enough to walk to everything that PTown has to offer yet just far enough to be able to wind down after a long day.
We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to PTown.

The apartment was the perfect size for our group of 5 people. It’s in a great location, and the beautiful plants and flowers in the patio/garden area made for a nice private space for meals and conversation. We loved it! We would rent here again.

What a wonderful place to stay! Location is perfect. Just a stones throw from the heart of it all on Commercial St but at the quieter end so there’s a sense of a slower pace. So many people walk by and admire the beautiful patio/garden. It’s so special! The condo is great, all amenities covered. We had a few tech issues with internet and cable, but Larry and Chuck were there in a flash to do what they could. Great communication and extra efforts to make our stay great. Would highly recommend this place. As a matter of fact, we’ve sent the listing to a few friends already so if you’re thinking of booking, don’t wait. Thanks for a glorious stay!

We loved our stay here! The location on Commercial is great—enough traffic for some good people watching, but not too much where you feel like you’re in a fishbowl. The house was clean, well-stocked and comfortable during our stay. We absolutely loved the patio!

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The property was even nicer in reality than the pics (hard to do) and the hosts very friendly and responsive. We had no issues come up at all. We've stayed at a bunch of places in Provincetown and nothing compares. I mean, every little thing was accounted for.
There is no question that I will try to stay here again. If you're reading this review, don't even think about it any more - just book it.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property and was sad to leave which is always the sign of a good vacation. I have to mention the garden which is absolutely gorgeous. The large, well appointed kitchen was terrific. Three large bedrooms including one king bed are a luxury standout for Ptown. It’s located west of Spiritus and the Boatslip which make it both central and yet far enough away from the crowds. We stayed off season in mid October which I recommend to anyone who wants to experience the beauty of the Cape with still warm enough days and cool nights but a fraction of the Summer madness. Larry the owner answered every question promptly. This is a sublime property that you’ll feel lucky to stay in as we did. Perfection.

Larry’s home was a perfect home for our week in Provincetown. We had a perfect location — just a couple blocks from Boatslip and right on the Carnival parade route. Larry was very communicative throughout the week, especially around checkin and check out. Will definitely be back

This location is perfect - right on commercial but away from the action so it’s quiet and peaceful. The parking spot is a huge help too. The outdoor patio is the best part - lovingly maintained and perfect for enjoying every meal. We had kids with us and the single level and easy indooor/outdooor transition was great for them. This cute 3 bedroom right on Commercial Street is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in town. The patio and garden are immaculate and are a lovely shaded spot for every meal. Plenty of room inside, a great kitchen, good Wi-Fi. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Just got back from our wonderful stay at Larry and Chucks place. If you can STAY HERE (they book quick and I see why!). The whole process was easy and they are super responsive.
