About this apartment rental
Private stairs lead to a bright, open living area, with a modern kitchen and a direct oversize deck. Chef’s Kitchen has an island that lends to cooking and entertaining. Eat in at or take out and hang with friends in the living room - equipped with a flat screen television, Apple TV, cable TV and fast, wireless internet.
The first level bedrooms have queen size premium beds and are on opposite sides of the entrance hallway- perfect for privacy and next to one of the two decks. On the same level- a Laundry closet and a recently updated full bath.
Gorgeous main deck with cushioned seating areas, Weber Grill and outdoor al fresco dining for 6; perfect for summer entertaining. Relax all day watching the cape light change. Take in sunsets and star gazing nights.
Up one flight is the master suite with a peak at the ocean and monument views. Bath has two vessel sinks and oversize stone shower with multiple water jets for you and a friend.
No parking worries- parking for 2 cars in tandem. Steps to Commercial Street and restaurants in the heart of the west end!

We had a great stay at Jim’s condo. It is spacious, clean and very conveniently located to the center of Provincetown. There is a large private deck that provides nice sunset views and plenty of seating. We would stay here again.

The place was amazing and perfectly located. It wasn’t quite ready upon our arrival however the owners made it right right away which made our Ptown experience even more fun. I’d definitely stay here again…actually hoping to in the very near future.
